First identify which Arknights: Endfield reward event you mean: the original global pre-registration, Steam wishlist milestones, a Steam Pioneer Test reward, a Discord account-link reward, or the current version-preview promotion. Each has different eligibility and claim steps. For the original pre-registration rewards, Game8 says to use the account that registered and check in-game mail after reaching Chapter I – Process I; the official global rules and full reward list could not be confirmed here.
Original global pre-registration rewards
According to Game8’s claim guide, players need to use the same account that pre-registered through the official website, Apple App Store, or Google Play. The guide says to progress through Chapter I – Process I and then claim the rewards from in-game mail. These conditions are reported by Game8; the official global pre-registration rules and complete reward table are not confirmed here.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
- Sign in with the account used to pre-register.
- Progress through Chapter I – Process I.
- Open the in-game mail and look for the reward message.
If the rewards are missing, first check that you are on the account and server associated with the registration, then confirm that you have reached the chapter threshold and checked in-game mail. Do not assume that rewards from a different event use this route.
Identify the event before claiming
Several Endfield promotions use milestone or reward language, but their qualifying actions and claim locations differ.

Claim the Steam wishlist milestone rewards
The official September 15 Steam wishlist notice says rewards can be claimed as each milestone is reached. It also says the final milestone unlocks a commemorative portrait frame and other rewards. The notice does not establish the full reward bundle or where the claim button appears, so follow the event’s official instructions rather than looking for a claim route meant for pre-registration mail.
Steam Pioneer Test rewards are a separate, ended event
The official August 26, 2026 Pioneer Test recruitment notice set recruitment from August 26 at 12:00 through September 10 at 13:00 (UTC+8). Its reward condition was logging into the Steam version on five days during the test, with rewards sent after Steam’s official launch. This was a limited test reward, not the public global pre-registration campaign; its stated recruitment window has passed.

Claim the Sanctuary of Ink version-preview reward
This is a separate version-guide promotion, not a pre-registration reward. Why rewards may not appear
- Wrong event: Steam wishlist, Pioneer Test, Discord-link, and version-guide rewards do not share the original pre-registration claim route.
- Wrong account or server: For original pre-registration, Game8’s guide says the registering account must be used; check the associated server as well.
- Progress threshold not reached: Game8 says to reach Chapter I – Process I before checking mail for the original rewards.
- Claim button not pressed: The Discord-link and version-guide notices require a manual Claim Rewards action.
- Mail no longer valid: The Discord-link notice gives its reward mail a 30-day validity period.
- Event window ended: The Pioneer Test recruitment period ended September 10, 2026 (UTC+8); its terms should not be treated as open registration.
