To claim the Borderlands 4 Gilded Glory Pack, open Inventory > Equipment > Reward Center and redeem the rewards. Equip its cosmetics from the Customization tab. If the pack is missing, check each Vault Hunter’s Reward Center, backpack, and cosmetics before contacting Borderlands Support.
Who is eligible for the Gilded Glory Pack?
According to the publisher’s edition FAQ, the pack is included with preorders of Borderlands 4 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2, and with PC pre-purchases through Steam or Epic Games. The publisher also says the pack can be purchased separately after launch. It does not state a current price, regional availability, or retailer-specific terms on these support pages, so check your platform’s official store for those details.

How to claim and equip the rewards

- To use a claimed cosmetic, open the Customization tab and equip it on your Vault Hunter or ECHO-4, as applicable.
If you do not see the reward in the Reward Center, the publisher’s older claiming guide also describes a Main Menu > SHiFT > Rewards route. Menu labels can vary; check that route as an alternative rather than assuming the entitlement is absent.

How rewards work across Vault Hunters
Cosmetics become available to each Vault Hunter after one character claims them. Most physical gear is claimed by one character and stays with that character unless you move it to the shared bank. The Gilded Glory Legendary weapons and ordnance are an exception: every Vault Hunter created on an account with the pack receives those listed items.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What to do if the bonuses are missing
- Check Inventory > Equipment > Reward Center on each Vault Hunter.
- Check each character’s backpack for the Legendary gear, and check Customization for the cosmetics.
- If the items are still missing, contact Borderlands Support. Include your platform, platform ID, the missing pack or item, where you acquired it (such as a preorder, edition, or code), and whether you previously had access.
An official update note dated October 23, 2025, says the Reward Center was adjusted after claiming Gilded Glory to prevent it from losing function. That note is a reason to check the Reward Center first if claiming behaves unexpectedly; it does not establish that a widespread issue is currently occurring. See the content FAQ for redemption and support guidance.
