How to claim your Mini Tyrael: the pet was historically distributed through promotional codes, but there is no official confirmation that old codes can still be redeemed or a current Blizzard redemption procedure. If you already have a code, verify its status through Blizzard’s official Battle.net or WoW support channels before relying on old guides or sellers.
What is Mini Tyrael?
Mini Tyrael is a collectible in-game pet in World of Warcraft. Blizzard’s Armory lists it in player pet collections as a level-25 Humanoid pet: Blizzard Armory.
How Mini Tyrael codes were distributed
Historical reports place Mini Tyrael code giveaways around the 2008 World Wide Invitational and through fan-site contests. WarcraftPets’ August 2008 archive records codes offered as contest prizes, with deadlines that month: WarcraftPets’ 2008 archive. An Engadget post dated July 22, 2008 also directed people who had received a code in Paris to a claim guide: Engadget.
Those reports document past promotions, not present availability. They do not establish whether a particular code is unused or whether Blizzard still accepts Mini Tyrael codes.

Can you redeem a Mini Tyrael code today?
Current redemption is unconfirmed. No official Blizzard support or game page located for this article confirms that legacy Mini Tyrael codes remain valid or provides current instructions. Treat any code as unverified until Blizzard confirms its status.
Overgear, a commercial third-party service, says promo-pet codes are redeemed by visiting Landro Longshot in Booty Bay: Overgear’s promo-pet page. That is the service’s description, not official Blizzard guidance; it does not prove that Mini Tyrael codes are currently available, valid, or supported. Do not assume that a seller’s code or an old guide will work.
