You can claim a Planet Zoo 2 Twitch Drop only when an official campaign is active. Link Twitch to your Frontier account first, watch a live stream labelled Drops Enabled, claim the reward in Twitch Drops Inventory, and complete any Frontier activation step before restarting the game. As of October 2026, the current Frontier campaign page does not show a Planet Zoo 2 campaign, and official reward dates, watch thresholds and item lists have not been confirmed. Check the live campaign listing before watching.
First check whether a Planet Zoo 2 campaign exists
Twitch Drops are campaign-specific. A general Planet Zoo stream does not produce a reward unless the stream belongs to an active campaign and Twitch marks it as Drops Enabled. The live campaign listing is therefore the authority for whether you can earn anything.

Frontier’s Twitch Drops page, available at https://twitch.frontierstore.net/, currently lists campaigns for Jurassic World Evolution 3, Elite Dangerous, and Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters. It does not display a Planet Zoo 2 campaign in the page content reviewed for this guide. A secondary report dated October 13, 2026 also found no official confirmation of Planet Zoo 2 rewards, campaign dates, watch requirements or a complete reward list.

What you need before watching
- An active Twitch account with access to Drops Inventory.
- A Frontier account that you can sign into.
- The correct game account or platform connection requested by the campaign.
- A live stream carrying Twitch’s Drops Enabled marker.
- For PC players, Steam installed and available for Planet Zoo, because Frontier says Planet Zoo uses Steam features. Follow the account prompt shown by the specific Planet Zoo 2 campaign if one is published.
Twitch Prime is not required when the accounts are linked, Drops are enabled for the campaign and you watch an eligible stream. Linking and claiming are separate actions: connecting accounts does not claim a reward, and reaching the watch requirement does not automatically finish the claim.
Link Twitch and Frontier before you watch
Connecting first prevents progress from being associated with the wrong game account and is the sequence recommended by Twitch. Use the Frontier page rather than an unverified link posted in chat or a community forum.
- Sign in to Twitch.
- Open Drops Inventory. If a Planet Zoo 2 campaign is active, locate its entry and choose Connect beside the game account. Twitch places the game-account connection control next to the relevant game in Drops Inventory.
- Open https://twitch.frontierstore.net/.
- Select LOGIN TO FRONTIER.
- Keep the Frontier-account login option selected, then sign in with the Frontier credentials that belong to the game account you intend to use.
- Choose LINK YOUR TWITCH ACCOUNT.
- When Frontier redirects you, authenticate with Twitch and approve the connection.
- Return to the Frontier page and confirm that the connection is shown. Frontier’s page supports unlinking and relinking if you selected the wrong account.
Do not switch Twitch or Frontier accounts halfway through a campaign. If a campaign’s connection panel asks for an additional platform account, complete that prompt exactly as displayed. A Twitch account can connect to multiple game accounts across different developers, but Twitch says only one account per developer can be connected at a time; this limit can explain why an apparently valid connection is rejected.

How the Twitch and Frontier stages fit together
The process has two sets of labels that describe the same hand-off. Twitch divides it into Earn on Twitch, Claim on Twitch and Deliver to game. Frontier describes its side as Link, Watch, Claim and Enjoy.

Completion of one row does not prove the next row is complete. In particular, an earned reward can remain unclaimed, and a claimed reward can still require Frontier activation before it appears in-game.
Watch an eligible stream and monitor progress
- Return to the active campaign in Twitch Drops Inventory and note its exact requirement. Do not borrow a watch-time number or reward condition from another game’s campaign.
- Open a live channel included by that campaign and verify the visible Drops Enabled label. A channel can discuss Planet Zoo 2 without being eligible.
- Keep the stream live while Twitch records progress. Check Drops Inventory rather than relying on a streamer’s overlay or a community tracker.
- When the progress indicator reaches the campaign requirement, leave the stream open long enough for Twitch to mark the reward as earned, then return to the campaign entry.
Campaigns can have different thresholds, action requirements, eligible platforms, reward types and deadlines. Those values are not established for Planet Zoo 2 in the currently available official information, so the campaign’s own panel must take precedence if one appears.

Claim the reward in Twitch Drops Inventory
Twitch treats earning and claiming as separate steps. After the requirement is satisfied:

- Open Twitch Drops Inventory directly.
- Find the specific Planet Zoo 2 reward that shows as earned.
- Press Claim on that reward.
- Wait for the status to change before closing the page. If the campaign sends you to Frontier or displays another activation control, follow that control as the next step.
Watching beyond the threshold does not replace the Claim action. If you have several campaigns or rewards listed, claim the item attached to the correct campaign rather than assuming the newest entry is the one you watched.
Finish delivery through Frontier and refresh the game
Frontier may require a second activation after Twitch has accepted the claim. Return to the Frontier Drops page while signed into the same Frontier account used during linking. If an activation or claim button is displayed, complete it. Check that the Twitch connection shown there is the one you intended; a different Frontier account can accept the Twitch claim while leaving the item absent from your game profile.

Then start Planet Zoo 2, or restart it if it was already running. Frontier says signing out of the game and signing back in can make delivered items appear. Look in the location appropriate to the reward, such as the game’s inventory or cosmetic selection, rather than expecting every item to appear as a notification.

When an official campaign is published, record its details before you begin. This avoids losing progress to a deadline or an account mismatch.

Do not infer any of these values from Jurassic World Evolution 3, Elite Dangerous, Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters or another title. Each campaign controls its own eligibility and delivery rules.

Troubleshooting Twitch Drops that do not appear
There is no Connect button
Open Twitch Drops Inventory directly instead of starting from a stream page. Locate the campaign entry and look for Connect beside the game name. If no Planet Zoo 2 entry exists, there is no campaign for Twitch to connect at that moment. If the entry exists but the control is missing, sign out of the unintended Twitch account, sign back into the account that should receive the reward and reload Inventory.
Watch progress is not moving
- Confirm the channel is live, not a replay, premiere or offline video.
- Look for the explicit Drops Enabled marker.
- Check that the stream belongs to the active Planet Zoo 2 campaign rather than a similarly named game.
- Keep Drops Inventory open or refresh it to see the current campaign status.
Twitch ties progress to the active campaign and reports it in Drops Inventory. A streamer’s claim that Drops are available cannot substitute for the campaign marker.
The reward says earned but has no usable item
Refresh Drops Inventory and press Claim on the individual reward. Earning only records that the condition was met; it does not send the item until you claim it. If the button remains unavailable, verify that the campaign has not reached its claim deadline and that you are looking at the reward card whose progress completed.
Twitch shows claimed, but the game is missing the item
- Return to the Frontier Drops page and complete any activation button shown after the Twitch claim.
- Verify that the Frontier account is linked to the same Twitch account and game account used for the campaign.
- Close and restart Planet Zoo 2.
- Sign out of the game and sign back in to refresh delivery, as Frontier recommends.
- If the item still does not appear, contact Frontier support with the campaign name, Twitch claim status and the connected account details requested by support.
The wrong account was linked
Frontier’s linking page allows accounts to be unlinked and relinked. Disconnect the incorrect Twitch connection, sign into the intended Frontier account, and repeat the linking sequence. Do not continue watching until the correct connection is visible, because progress and delivery are tied to the campaign account Twitch and Frontier recognize.
Steam players are unsure what to connect
Frontier says Planet Zoo uses Steam features and requires Steam on PC. Keep Steam available and follow the platform-account prompt shown by the actual Planet Zoo 2 campaign. The currently available information does not establish a separate Planet Zoo 2 Steam requirement beyond Frontier’s statement about Planet Zoo, so do not assume an unpublished campaign’s exact connection flow.
Why a community post may not be enough
Viewers can report seeing a campaign before official pages are updated, but those reports do not establish the reward list, dates, watch threshold or eligibility. A campaign can also be limited to a particular platform or end while an old post remains searchable. Use the live Twitch Drops Campaigns listing and the campaign’s connection panel as the final check. If neither shows Planet Zoo 2, there is no confirmed reward to claim through this procedure.
