Chapter Two is the missing-toys storyline: Toy Trouble leads into Operation Toy Rescue, followed by The Final Toy and The Toy Thief. The route has one faction-specific stop after you return Yennu’s ball. This is separate from the Day 2 questline, A Solid Disappearance.
The walkthrough below covers the original 2024 event. Its historical run was October 28, 2024, through January 6, 2025; the available sources do not confirm whether new players can still access these quests in the live game as of October 8, 2026.
Start Toy Trouble and find Yennu’s ball
- At the Anniversary Celebration Pavilion in Tanaris, accept Toy Trouble from Alyx.
- Speak with Maru to receive Operation Toy Rescue.
- Travel to Iskaara in the Azure Span and speak with Yennu about the missing toys.
- Go to Ohn’ahran Plains and use the Idol of Ohn’ahra to locate the mound containing Yennu’s Toy Ball, near Maruukai.
- Return the ball to Yennu in Iskaara.
The Missing Page from Yennu’s Snackbook at Dragonscale Basecamp in the Waking Shores is an optional clue. You can skip it; finding and returning Yennu’s ball is required. Source: Wowhead’s Guest Relations guide.
Take the faction-specific lost-toy route
After Yennu gets his ball, the next objective differs by faction. Complete only the route for your character:
