To complete Pyromaniac in Fallout 4, find Pyro at Pyro’s Camp southeast of Listening Post Bravo, defeat him, then loot his body for the Hellfire Power Armor. Pyro fights in the armor and carries a Flamer, so prepare for a close-range threat and leave room in your inventory for the heavy armor pieces.
How to find Pyro’s Camp
Use Listening Post Bravo as your landmark. Travel southeast and head up the nearby hill; the camp is marked by a burning bonfire in its center. You can go there directly if Pyromaniac has not appeared in your quest log.

Quest access can vary with save progression and installed content. GameSpot reports that a leveled-up character may see the quest after downloading the next-generation update, while a new character may need to advance the story first. How to defeat Pyro
Pyro wears Hellfire Power Armor and attacks with a Flamer. Insider Gaming recommends engaging from a distance or throwing grenades before the group notices you. Two other raiders are also at the camp; the available walkthrough does not establish that you must kill them to complete the quest.

- Focus your attack on Pyro and defeat him.
- Loot Pyro’s body to collect the Hellfire Power Armor and complete the objective.
How to carry the Hellfire Power Armor
The armor comes as heavy parts, so check your carrying capacity before leaving. GameSpot notes you may need more than one trip to take everything to a base. Once there, you can transfer the pieces to an existing Power Armor frame.
Quest reward and armor stats
Insider Gaming’s April 26, 2024 guide reports a reward of 150 XP for completing the side quest. The same guide lists these Hellfire Power Armor ranges, which may reflect game scaling rather than the values every character will see:

- Travel to the hill southeast of Listening Post Bravo and look for the bonfire to find Pyro’s Camp directly.
