The steps depend on the Fischmas year: the 2024 Santa quests in Winter Village require Fischmas fish, a Candy Cane Rod, and present deliveries; the separate 2025 Santa’s Miracle Rod questline begins with Carbon at Northstar Castle. Both event windows described here have ended, and the available sources do not confirm whether either set of rewards is obtainable now.
Which Fischmas Santa quest are you trying to complete?
Fisch has had two distinct Santa-related questlines. The 2024 quests start with Santa in Winter Village and include a Lost Elf and a Present Machine. The 2025 questline starts with Carbon in the Toy Factory at Northstar Castle and awards Santa’s Miracle Rod through a later quest. Do not use the 2024 fish counts or delivery objectives for the 2025 questline.

The Fisch Wiki describes itself as community-made, not official developer documentation. Its Santa page labels the 2024 content removed or unobtainable and was updated September 25, 2026. The community Fischmas 2025 page gives that event’s dates as December 14, 2025, through January 4, 2026. Those windows have passed; the sources do not establish whether either event or its rewards have returned by another route. Fisch Wiki: Santa · Fisch Wiki: Fischmas 2025

How the separate Fischmas 2025 Santa’s Miracle Rod questline works
For the 2025 questline, start by speaking to Carbon in the Toy Factory beside Santa at Northstar Castle. Carbon disguises himself as Santa and asks you to help four elves on duty in the Toy Factory. After helping them, Carbon reveals the disguise and directs you to find Santa at Northern Summit. The Santa’s Miracle Rod page says Santa awards the rod for his fifth quest.
