The database gives this high-level route, not a room-by-room map. A third-party guide recommends level 50, but that guidance is roughly two years old; check the live game for current entry requirements rather than relying on it.
Block Mutant Giant Acid Ant’s Fury Pull
Watch for the ant’s Fury Attack cue and block it. The guide reports that failing to block pulls the player toward nearby acid areas, where the hazard can be especially dangerous at low health. Keep clear of acid where possible and avoid letting the pull drag you through it.

According to the guide, destroy the green sacs on top of the three pillars to start the Lequirus encounter.
Prepare for the heavy strike
Watch Lequirus’s axe: its red glow signals a heavy strike on the tank. The guide describes the hit as unavoidable. The healer should have the tank healthy, while the tank uses available defensive buffs.
Reach the raised pillar and deal with the Gem Ant
During the pillar sequence, the guide reports that a Gem Ant appears on a static pillar as the strike occurs. The suggested response is for the party to reach the raised pillar, the tank to taunt and block the Gem Ant, and the rest of the group to kill it. The guide says the kill makes Lequirus land so the fight can continue. If the live encounter presents different cues, follow those rather than assuming this older description applies unchanged.

Below 50% health, Lequirus adds exploding larvae; the guide says there are more than in the earlier ant encounter. Treat neutralizing them as a group priority before they explode. The source does not establish a specific player assignment or exact timing, so coordinate around the live fight rather than relying on an undocumented rotation.
