To complete Chance’s Grottos and Gargoyles (G&G) sessions in Date Everything!, accept his invitation and choose one of three class campaigns: Troubadour, Guardian, or Enchanter. Your class determines the campaign, and a companion joins only if you have met that character before your second interaction with Chance. The route’s ending depends on how you treat Chance and what happens in the final boss battle.
How to start Chance’s G&G sessions
Chance is on an office desk beside a pencil holder. Accept his invitation to play G&G, then select a class to begin. Refusing the invitation leads immediately to a Hate ending. The route overview also says you can still back out before the campaign begins; Chance responds that you are not ready for more campaigns because he still has more writing to do. Chance route guide

Which class should you choose?
Each class starts a different campaign. The class also determines which previously met character can join you: you must have encountered that character before your second interaction with Chance. Otherwise, you play the campaign solo.

Choose Enchanter if you want the most listed campaign collectables from one playthrough: four, compared with two for each of the other classes. To collect the full set listed for the three campaigns, you need to complete all three. How the G&G outcomes work
The reported outcomes depend on your attitude toward Chance and the final battle. The route guide does not provide a scene-by-scene list of combat prompts or dialogue choices, so these are ending conditions, not a complete encounter walkthrough.
- Love or Friendship after a confession: Complete the quest or sacrifice yourself during the final boss battle. Chance confesses, and you choose Love or Friendship.
- Friendship ending: Reach zero HP after acting friendly toward Chance throughout the campaign.
- Hate ending: Refuse the invitation, or reach zero HP after acting sour toward Chance.
