To complete Greasing Her Palms in ARC Raiders, visit three objectives—one each on Dam Battlegrounds, Spaceport, and Buried City—then extract and speak to Celeste in Speranza. Bring the Dam Surveillance Key for the locked room at Water Treatment Control.
Before you set out
Accept the quest from Celeste. Dot Esports reports that accepting it grants the Dam Surveillance Key; keep the key available during your Dam Battlegrounds raid because you need it to open the objective room. The quest objective is to visit the room, not to collect separate turn-in materials. Dot Esports and RaidersData provide the key and item details.
Complete the three map objectives
1. Dam Battlegrounds: Water Treatment Control
Go to the Water Treatment Control building on the southwest side of Dam Battlegrounds. Enter from the south and follow the corridors to the locked room, using the Dam Surveillance Key at the door. Routes described by guides differ slightly: Dexerto says to keep right through the corridor turns, while Dot Esports describes climbing to the upper explorable levels and heading south. Use the building layout and quest marker to navigate if your route differs. Dexerto and Dot Esports describe the location and approach.
2. Spaceport: rocket thrusters outside Rocket Assembly
At Spaceport, find the two large rocket thrusters outside Rocket Assembly. They are south of the facility; approach from that side and interact near the southern end of the left-hand thruster. This registers an inspection objective—the thrusters are not a pickup. Dot Esports and Dexerto describe the interaction point.

3. Buried City: Space Travel Building, sixth floor
Reach the sixth floor of the Space Travel Building and breach the barricaded room. The building is near Research. Guides describe entering through south-side windows or roof fire exits, then climbing by stairs; broken elevator shafts can also provide ziplines or another way upward. Follow the in-game objective marker if a patch or map variation changes the route. Dot Esports and Dexerto describe these access options.
Extract and turn in the quest
Once all three objectives register, extract and return to Speranza. Speak to Celeste to complete the turn-in. The quest’s flavor text says Celeste is trying to persuade Tian Wen to join community projects and asks for help with the quality of salvage found on the market; ARC Raiders Help reproduces the in-game text.

Reward lists differ among unofficial references, so check the reward display in your game for the current details. RaidersData lists a Dam Surveillance Key ×1, Lure Grenade Blueprint ×1, Electrical Components ×3, and Speaker Component ×3. Dexerto confirms the blueprint and both component types but does not state quantities; ARC Raiders Help does not list rewards.
