Start the Battle with the Beastly Brigands bounty at the terminal in Matriarch’s Mercy, then travel to Guardian Estates in southwestern Golden Ridge. The Dunsany brothers are inside the large estate building. In the fight, focus on one brother at a time: one attacks with a hammer at close range, while the other attacks from a distance.
Start the Dunsany bounty
- Go to the bounty terminal in Matriarch’s Mercy.
- Interact with the terminal and select Battle with the Beastly Brigands, the task for Edward and Moreton Dunsany.
Reach the brothers at Guardian Estates
Travel to Guardian Estates in the southwestern part of Golden Ridge. Follow the rocky route uphill toward the estate; Scrappers are reported along the approach. The brothers are inside the large building.

Choose how to enter the encounter
Direct approach
Enter the estate ready to deal with both attackers. One brother uses a melee hammer, while the other attacks at range. Concentrate your attacks on one target until he is defeated, then switch to the remaining brother. Splitting damage between them leaves both threats active longer.

GameSpot’s guide reports that both brothers may have their backs turned if you enter the chamber stealthily. It also describes approaching from the upper level for a height advantage. Treat these as opportunities rather than guaranteed outcomes: the available walkthroughs do not establish that stealth positioning works identically for every build or playstyle.

Collect the loot and turn in the bounty
After the fight, check the brothers for Wham-Bam, a unique in-game weapon associated with the encounter, and loot the Estates Key for additional access to the estate. Return to the bounty terminal in Matriarch’s Mercy to turn in the task. Walkthroughs report XP, Bits, and an Advanced Decryption Key among the reward categories.
