Download College Football Revamped from the official CFBR-Easy-Installer project, then follow the instructions for your platform and your copy of NCAA Football 14. On PC, the guide has separate RPCS3 installs for the PS3 disc (game ID BLUS31159) and PSN digital version (NPUB31137); those files and steps are not interchangeable.
Choose the instructions for your platform
College Football Revamped (CFBR) is a mod for NCAA Football 14, not a standalone game. The project provides separate instruction paths for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. Start with the official CFBR-Easy-Installer project and select the route that matches your device and game copy.

- PC: Runs the PS3 version through RPCS3. Choose the disc or PSN digital guide according to your base game.
- PS3 or Xbox 360: Use the project’s platform-specific instructions; the PC RPCS3 package is not the console installation route.
The project’s PC instructions assume you already have a legitimate copy of NCAA Football 14. The CFBR installer supplies the mod, not the base game.

Before downloading an installer, check which version of the game you own. The official guide assigns different IDs and procedures to the physical PS3 disc and PSN digital copy:

Do not combine the two routes. In particular, use the Easy Installer package that matches the copy you are setting up.
Install College Football Revamped on PC with RPCS3
- Install RPCS3. Follow the emulator’s setup procedure in the official RPCS3 quickstart guide, linked by the CFBR disc instructions.
- Follow the matching CFBR guide. For the disc route, the game folder must be named exactly
BLUS31159-[NCAA Football 14]and placed underdev_hdd0/disc/. For the digital route, install the game package in RPCS3 and place its RAP license file indev_hdd0/home/00000001/exdata, following the emulator setup guidance. - Download the correct CFBR Easy Installer package. Use the download linked from the disc or digital guide you selected; do not substitute the other version.
- Install the package in RPCS3. Drag the downloaded package into the RPCS3 window. The guide says the game icon should change to the CFBR logo when installation succeeds.
If the problem concerns the mod installation, use the project’s Discord support link. For emulator setup issues, consult RPCS3’s support resources.

What the listed releases and update guidance mean
The project repository lists PC and PS3 v21 dated September 6, 2023, and Xbox 360 v21 dated December 29, 2023. Those are the dates displayed in the repository, not confirmation that these remain the latest releases. Check the project page for current instructions and release status before installing.
The CFBR-Easy-Installer README says, “Each release includes ALL prior versions,” and says users do not need to remove earlier versions before installing a later one. Treat this as the project’s stated update guidance and check its current release page before applying an update.

What the mod changes—and a documented visual issue
CFBR updates visual elements including jerseys, helmets, pants, fields, gloves, and logos. The project also documents pink or miscolored cleats in uniform selection for Charlotte, Coastal Carolina, App State, Georgia Southern, and Pitt. It says those teams’ colors display correctly during gameplay.
