If by “cheats” you mean the rewards codes, RAID: Shadow Legends calls them Promo Codes. On Android and Plarium Play, open the hidden panel on the left side of the Bastion, choose Promo Codes, enter the code and confirm. You can also redeem a code on Plarium’s official RAID redemption page. Plarium’s support FAQ says in-game code entry is disabled on iOS starting with version 7.10, so iOS players should use the web route or log in on Android or Plarium Play.
Enter a promo code in the game
- On Android or Plarium Play, open the hidden panel on the left side of the Bastion.
- Select Promo Codes.
- Enter the code and press Confirm.
- Look for the reward in your Bastion Inbox. Plarium says skins and skin fragments are added directly to your account instead.
These steps follow Plarium Support’s Promo Codes FAQ. The available in-game option can vary by platform and game version.
Redeem a code on Plarium’s website
- In RAID, find your User ID under Settings > Info.
- Open Plarium’s official RAID redemption page.
- Enter your User ID and promo code, then confirm.
- Claim the reward from the Bastion Inbox when it arrives.
Plarium’s FAQ identifies web redemption as an alternative for players who cannot enter codes in the iOS app.
What iOS players need to know
Plarium Support says the in-game Promo Code option has been disabled on iOS starting with version 7.10. Its FAQ points players to web redemption or logging in on Android or Plarium Play. Because platform support can change, check the current instructions in Plarium’s support FAQ if the option or web process differs in your version.

Why a promo code may not work
It may be expired or account-limited
Plarium describes time-limited codes and new-player codes. Check the campaign’s dates and eligibility requirements; a code’s existence does not mean it is still active or valid for every account. For the new-player offer described in the FAQ, the code must be activated within three days of registering the account for the first time on the device, and only one new-player code can be redeemed per account.
Check spelling and redemption limits
Enter the code exactly as provided: Plarium says misspelled codes will not activate. Its FAQ sets a maximum of five attempts per hour and says another code can be used only after 24 hours. The official portal also describes a 24-hour wait between codes and a one-use-per-person limit. Avoid repeated guessing, and follow the terms shown for the specific promotion.

What can promo codes give you?
Plarium says promo codes may grant digital in-game rewards, including Silver or Energy, Skill Tomes, XP Brews, Rank-Up Chickens, Artifacts, or Champions. The reward depends on the particular code.

Plarium says codes are announced through RAID’s official social accounts and official Discord; content creators may also share them. Releases often accompany festivals, partnerships, and special events. Check the original announcement for its dates and account requirements, and use Plarium’s redemption flow rather than assuming a code listed elsewhere is still valid.
