Fisch’s Enchant Altar is Keeper’s Altar, beneath the Statue of Sovereignty. Enter the Sovereignty Mines, get an elevator token from Cole, and ride the mining elevator down. The altar is usable at night; equip the rod you want to enchant before using an Enchant Relic.
Where is the Enchant Altar in Fisch?
Keeper’s Altar is below the Statue of Sovereignty, inside the Sovereignty Mines. To reach it, travel to the statue, enter the mines, and take the mining elevator down. Cole is the NPC who provides elevator access.
How to get to Keeper’s Altar
- Travel to the Statue of Sovereignty and enter the Sovereignty Mines.
- Find Cole and pay 400 C$ for a single elevator token, then use the mining elevator to descend to Keeper’s Altar. Fisch E Pedia lists that token price, but does not state a publication year: Fisch E Pedia.
- Make the trip at night. The maintained Enchant Relic reference says the altar cannot be used during daytime: Enchant Relic.
How to use the altar without enchanting the wrong rod
- Equip the exact rod you want to modify before interacting with the altar.
- Hold an Enchant Relic and interact with Keeper’s Altar.
- The relic is consumed, and the equipped rod receives a random enchantment. Check your selected rod before you use the relic; the altar applies the result to that selection. Fisch Atlas’ August 15, 2026 guide also describes this process.
Single elevator token or unlimited access?
Fisch Atlas’ 2026 guide lists two access options. The better value depends on how often you expect to make the trip; the source does not establish one universally best choice.

If you cannot use the altar
- It is daytime: wait until night, when the altar is available.
- You are not at the altar: make sure you descended through the Sovereignty Mines’ mining elevator to Keeper’s Altar.
- You have the wrong rod equipped: equip the rod you want enchanted before interacting.
- The route or price differs: these instructions come from community-maintained references, and Fisch’s live mechanics can change. Check the current in-game prompts if access costs or restrictions do not match the listed values.
