Where to find the Vehicle Kit
The Vehicle Kit is a campaign unlock rather than a separate item you need to collect. The reported unlock step takes place during Down and Outbound, the third main story mission.

- Complete Recruitment Drive and begin Down and Outbound.
- Follow the mission objectives until you meet the Outbounders and reach their base.
- Go to Conway’s garage and scan the Digirunner. The scan is the reported Vehicle Kit unlock step.
The mission sequence and scan location are documented in the GamerBlurb walkthrough. The official PlayStation.Blog overview confirms the at-will Digirunner summoning feature, but does not independently detail this mission sequence.
How to summon the Digirunner
After the scan unlocks the kit, summon the vehicle using the default bindings listed by the walkthrough:

Other vehicle types, skins, and vehicle-related content have separate unlock or add-on paths. The available sources do not establish a complete, current list of those paths or show that every vehicle variant is purely cosmetic.
