Leave through the house’s back door to find the Weathered Key on the ground near enemies, then use it on the house across the river. Take the Toy from the bed inside, return to the crib, and interact with it to finish the quest and receive Tomorrow’s Promise Amber.
Where Lullaby takes place
Lullaby is located in Fallen Village, in the Marketplace area. The chapter collectible guide identifies Fallen Village as Chapter 3: Rendezvous. The route is a single sequence rather than a choice between alternate solutions: start the quest at the crib, collect the Weathered Key, use it to enter the house across the river, retrieve the Toy, and return the Toy to the crib.

The most useful landmark is the Marketplace lantern. You use it to reach the starting house and later to orient yourself when returning toward the river crossing. If you are searching for the key before the quest has begun, first make sure you have approached the crib in the correct house.
How to start Lullaby at the empty crib
Travel from the Marketplace lantern
- Travel to Fallen Village > Marketplace.
- Use the Marketplace lantern as your starting landmark.
- Head toward the water. Flames should be visible in the distance as you move through this part of the village.
- Enter the nearby house and approach the empty crib.
Approaching the empty crib starts Lullaby automatically. There is no separate quest-giver interaction described for this objective. If nothing happens, you are either in the wrong house or have not moved close enough to the crib; reposition inside the room and approach the crib directly.

Confirm that you are at the correct house
The starting house is the one near the water, reached from the Marketplace lantern in the direction of the distant flames. Its identifying feature is the empty crib. Once you have approached that crib, leave through the back door rather than returning immediately to the lantern. The key is outside on that side of the house.
Where to find the Weathered Key
Use the back door of the crib house
- After Lullaby starts at the crib, leave the house through its back door.
- Look on the ground outside, near the enemies.
- Pick up the Weathered Key.
The Weathered Key is not inside the crib room and is not found at the Marketplace lantern. It is on the ground just outside the house’s back door, with enemies nearby. The enemies are a location landmark in the walkthrough route; the key itself is a ground pickup.
If the key is not visible
- Go back inside and verify that you approached the empty crib. The quest begins automatically at that point.
- Exit through the back door specifically. The documented location is outside that door, not at the front entrance.
- Search the ground around the enemies immediately outside. The key can be easy to overlook if you continue along the path without checking the area.
Once the key has been collected, do not try to use it on the crib house. The next objective is in a different house across the river.

Return toward the Marketplace lantern
- From the key area, head back toward the Marketplace lantern and follow the path to the previous area.
- Continue until you pass the Volunteer.
- After passing the Volunteer, turn right.
- Follow that path toward the house across the river.
This return leg is the part most likely to cause a wrong turn. The key is behind the starting house, but the locked destination is reached by going back toward the lantern first. The Volunteer is the route marker: after you pass that figure, take the right-hand path rather than continuing straight through the previous area.

Cross the river
Follow the right-hand path until you reach the river and the house on the opposite side. Jump across to reach the house. The walkthrough route describes the crossing as a jump; the objective is to land on the side with the house, then approach its door with the Weathered Key in your inventory.
There is no second key or alternate entrance described for this step. If you have reached the house across the river but cannot progress, check that you picked up the Weathered Key outside the crib house before making the crossing.
Unlock the house and collect the Toy
Use the Weathered Key on the door
- Approach the door of the house across the river.
- Use the Weathered Key to unlock it.
- Enter the house.
- Collect the Toy from the bed inside.
The Toy is the quest item you need to return to the crib. It is on a bed inside the house opened by the Weathered Key. If the door does not open, the likely route error is that the key was not collected from the ground near the enemies behind the first house; return there and complete that pickup before trying the door again.
Do not return without the Toy
Reaching the opposite house is only the midpoint of Lullaby. The key opens the way to the Toy, but the quest is not complete when the door opens. Make sure you interact with the Toy on the bed and have collected it before leaving. The final interaction takes place back at the empty crib.

Return the Toy and finish Lullaby
Go back to the original crib
- Leave the unlocked house and retrace the route across the river.
- Follow the path back toward the Marketplace lantern.
- Return to the house near the water where you first found the empty crib.
- Interact with the crib and place the Toy.
Interacting with the crib after retrieving the Toy completes Lullaby. The completion reward is Tomorrow’s Promise Amber.
How to tell which crib interaction is the final step
The final location is the same crib that started the quest. If you are at the house across the river, you are still on the retrieval objective. If you are at the correct house but the completion interaction is unavailable, confirm that you collected the Toy from the bed; merely unlocking the door is not enough.
Complete route in one continuous sequence
For a clean run, follow this order without skipping an objective:
- Marketplace lantern: travel through Fallen Village to the Marketplace.
- Water-side house: follow the water and distant flames to the nearby house.
- Empty crib: approach it to start Lullaby automatically.
- Back door: leave through the rear exit.
- Weathered Key: pick it up from the ground near the enemies.
- Volunteer marker: return toward the lantern, pass the Volunteer, and turn right.
- River crossing: jump across to the house on the opposite bank.
- Locked door: use the Weathered Key.
- Bed: collect the Toy inside.
- Original crib: return to the first house and interact with the crib to finish the quest.
This is the complete documented route. The reviewed walkthroughs describe the same four objective stages and do not identify a branching choice, alternate reward, or competing solution.

Troubleshooting the route
The quest has not started
Go to the house near the water in Fallen Village’s Marketplace and approach the empty crib. Lullaby starts automatically there. The Marketplace lantern, distant flames, and nearby water are the location cues; the crib is the trigger.
The Weathered Key cannot be found
Exit through the back door of the crib house. Search the ground near the enemies outside. If you left from another side or searched the Marketplace, return to the crib house and use the rear exit.
The destination house is unclear
From the key area, head back toward the Marketplace lantern. Follow the path to the previous area, pass the Volunteer, then turn right. Continue to the house across the river and jump across.

The Weathered Key is the required item for that door. Retrace the route to the back of the starting house and collect the key near the enemies, then return to the river house.

The quest will not complete
Return to the original house and interact with the crib only after collecting the Toy from the bed inside the unlocked house. The completion interaction is at the same empty crib that started Lullaby.
Reward and chapter context
Completing Lullaby awards Tomorrow’s Promise Amber. The quest is part of the Fallen Village section identified as Chapter 3: Rendezvous in the chapter collectible guide. The key, Toy, crib, river house, and reward all belong to this one route; no additional item turn-in is described.
What the available walkthrough evidence establishes
Two PowerPyx walkthrough pages, both published October 13, 2026, describe the same Lullaby sequence: start at the crib, collect the key outside the back door, unlock the house across the river, take the Toy from the bed, and return it to the crib for Tomorrow’s Promise Amber. Those pages come from the same publisher, so the route has not been independently corroborated by a second publisher or an official game source. The steps above therefore preserve the documented route without adding an unverified alternate method.
