If your dealer in Schedule I is idle or nobody is buying, first verify that the dealer has an unlocked customer assigned in the correct region. Then check whether you are still selling to that customer yourself, whether the dealer has packaged stock, and whether the asking price is within the customer’s limit. These are community-reported checks, not developer-verified fixes.
1. Check the dealer’s customer assignments
Open the Dealer Management app and confirm the dealer has at least one customer assigned. That customer must also be unlocked and in the dealer’s region, according to the community Schedule 1 FAQ: Platforms, Co-op & Fixes. If several assignments make it hard to tell what is wrong, test with one clearly eligible customer.

If you have been personally making sales to a customer assigned to the dealer, stop doing so temporarily and see whether the dealer begins handling orders. The fan guide says assigned customers may keep contacting the player directly, which can leave the dealer with nothing to do. Schedule 1 Dealers & Best Customer Assignments

If stock appears available but the dealer remains idle, the same guide suggests taking all inventory away, waiting for an out-of-stock message, and then resupplying. Treat this as a reported troubleshooting step, not a guaranteed reset.
3. Check whether the customer will accept the price
A customer may refuse a deal if the asking price exceeds what they are willing to pay. Lower the price for the assigned customer and check whether sales resume; an apparently idle dealer may be waiting on an acceptable transaction rather than malfunctioning. The FAQ identifies price limits as a possible cause. Schedule 1 FAQ: Platforms, Co-op & Fixes

4. Check for lost stock during cartel activity
Before assuming the dealer’s behavior is broken, consider whether hostile cartel activity may have cost them their inventory. The community FAQ says dealers can be robbed and recommends arming them. Its estimates for how much stock dealers retain are community estimates, not verified figures, so they should not be treated as dependable odds.

If assignments, stock, and price all look right, save, quit the game completely, and reload. The fan guide suggests a full restart as a possible workaround for pathfinding trouble. It is a low-risk step, but not a guaranteed fix.

Do not knock out the dealer to reset them
The fan guide warns that knocking out a dealer can cancel queued deals, so it may make the situation worse rather than reset the dealer. Avoid using that as a troubleshooting step.
