How do I fix 0x008FEE28 if it appeared during Windows activation?

- Capture the application window and any Windows dialog that appeared with it; the two messages may identify different components.
- Use the application or device vendor’s official support process and include the captured details. Ask whether 0x008FEE28 is a documented code for that product and version.
