5. How do I clear a stuck print queue?
First try the normal queue controls. In Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners on Windows 11, or Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners on Windows 10, select the printer and open its queue. Choose Open print queue, select each pending job, and choose Cancel. Wait for the list to empty before submitting another job.
If a job will not cancel, reset Print Spooler. The spooler service handles print jobs, and restarting it can resolve temporary printer-recognition problems.
