As of October 30, 2026, Treasure Hunters is not confirmed as a live Fortnite Battle Pass. Epic’s official Battle Pass page still shows the Override pass, which ends November 1, 2026, Eastern Time, and does not list a Treasure Hunters reward track. An October 26 teaser report pointed to November 1 but said the new pass contents and price had not been published. If you are looking for a future Treasure Hunters outfit, its absence is not yet evidence of a missing entitlement. If a reward from a live pass is locked, claimed but absent from your Locker, or returns an error, use the checks below.
Is the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass live yet?
No official Treasure Hunters reward track was visible on Epic’s Battle Pass page at the October 30, 2026 check. The page showed Override and identified November 1, 2026, Eastern Time, as that pass’s end date. That date is not a confirmed Treasure Hunters launch time, maintenance window, or reward-release timestamp.

That figure belongs to Override and must not be reused as the price of Treasure Hunters. Epic had not published a Treasure Hunters price or complete reward list at that check.
A separate October 26 report described a Treasure Hunters teaser, but it explicitly did not have a published track or price. Treat any expected character, outfit, collaboration, or reward list as unconfirmed until Epic publishes it in the game or on its official Battle Pass information. A teaser can point to a season theme without proving that a particular character will be a pass reward.

Recheck the official Passes tab and Battle Pass page after the season changes. A future item cannot be claimed, displayed, or restored before Epic makes the pass and its rewards available to your account. Do not interpret a blank or absent page as a confirmed bug while the pass itself has not launched.
What does “not showing” mean in Fortnite?
The same wording can describe six different situations. Identify yours before changing settings or contacting support. The useful comparisons are not live versus live, locked versus claimable versus claimed, whole outfit versus alternate style, one item versus all progress, and one device versus multiple devices.
| What you see | Most likely category | First check |
|---|---|---|
| The Treasure Hunters pass or an expected outfit is absent | Pass may not be live or the item may be unconfirmed | Check the current Passes tab and Epic’s Battle Pass page |
| A reward in the active pass has a lock | Eligibility, level, prerequisite, or premium-access issue | Open the reward and read its requirement |
| You claimed an outfit but cannot find it | Locker search, filter, archive, or account issue | Clear filters and search the outfit category |
| The base outfit is present but a style is missing | Alternate-style requirement is incomplete | Inspect the style’s unlock condition |
| Claiming displays an error | Reward processing or service problem | Sign in again, restart, wait, and check Epic’s status board |
| All cosmetics or progress disappeared | Wrong or incorrectly linked Epic account, especially on console | Verify the account connected to the platform |
This distinction prevents two common mistakes: trying to “repair” an outfit that was never released, and buying access when the reward was already granted but hidden by a Locker setting. Note whether the reward tile exists, whether it is locked, whether you pressed the claim button, and whether the problem follows you to another device.
How do I check whether a Battle Pass reward is available to me?
Open Fortnite’s Passes tab and select the relevant live pass. A reward can remain unavailable even after you have earned enough XP because leveling and claiming are separate actions.
Confirm the pass is active
Make sure you are viewing the current pass rather than an ended or upcoming one. If Treasure Hunters is not listed, there is no live Treasure Hunters reward track for Fortnite to display yet. If you see only Override, use that page’s stated end date as information about Override, not as a promise that another pass begins at a particular hour.
Check level and prerequisite rewards
Some rewards require a particular pass level and earlier rewards to have been claimed. Select the item and read the requirement shown in its details. Earning the level alone does not automatically claim every item on the page. Work through the track in the order the game specifies, and confirm that an earlier tile did not remain unclaimed.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsConfirm premium access
Premium rewards require access to the pass. Epic states that an active Fortnite Crew subscription provides access to current-pass premium rewards. That is an access route for a live pass, not a way to reveal an unpublished Treasure Hunters track. Do not buy V-Bucks or another access route merely to fix an outfit that was already claimed; access can make an eligible reward claimable, but it does not repair a missing entitlement by itself.
Check Bonus Rewards separately
Bonus Rewards can require additional levels and previous claims. They may sit beyond the ordinary track, so reaching a standard level does not necessarily satisfy a Bonus Reward requirement. If an eligible Bonus Reward is still absent after you complete Epic’s listed checks, use the support-ticket route for that specific case and state which requirements are complete.

Record the state before retrying
Take note of the pass name, level, reward tile, and whether the button says claim, claimed, or unavailable. This simple record helps separate a level-display delay from a failed transaction and gives support precise information if the issue continues. Avoid repeatedly purchasing access or pressing buttons while the account state is unclear.
How do I find a claimed outfit in the Locker?
Start with Fortnite’s outfit category rather than the general Locker view. Owned cosmetics can be hidden by search, sorting, favorites, or the Archive feature.
Quick wins for a faster PC:
Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →- Open Locker and enter the Outfit category.
- Search by the outfit’s name if you know it. If the name is uncertain, browse the category instead of relying on a partial search.
- Open Sort & Filter and clear active sorting or category restrictions.
- Turn off the heart or favorites-only filter. An outfit that is not favorited will not appear while that filter is active.
- Enable the filter for Archived items. Epic describes Archive as a way to hide cosmetics from the Locker and Emote Wheel without deleting them.
- If the outfit appears in Archive, open it and choose the unarchive option, then return to the normal outfit list.
Check the outfit category, not just presets or a recently used list. A newly claimed cosmetic may not be where you expect if the list is sorted by rarity, season, or recent use. Clear every visible restriction before concluding that the item is absent.
These checks address visibility only. They do not create an item that was never granted, and they cannot make a future Battle Pass live. If the outfit appears after clearing a filter, no account repair or purchase was required.
Why is the outfit visible but its alternate style missing?
A base outfit and its alternate styles can have different requirements. Select the outfit, open its style options, and read the requirement attached to the unavailable style.
A style may require another level, a set of earlier claims, or a separate objective. Do not treat the missing style as proof that the entire outfit failed to grant. If the base outfit is present and only one variation is unavailable, follow that style’s displayed requirement first.
Compare the status of the base item and the style separately. If the base item is selectable and usable, the entitlement likely exists; the remaining issue is progression or a style-specific condition. If neither the base item nor any style appears, return to the account and Locker checks instead of focusing only on the style menu.
How do I verify that I am using the account that owns the reward?
Sign out and back in with the Epic account that purchased or received the item. A console profile can be linked to a different Epic account than the one you expect, which can make an entire collection or pass progress appear to vanish.

- Close Fortnite and sign out of the Epic account currently shown.
- Sign in to the Epic account associated with the original purchase, pass access, or claim.
- Reopen Fortnite and check the Passes tab and Locker again.
- If the problem affects all progress or cosmetics, review the console-to-Epic account connection using Epic’s account guidance. Do not unlink accounts speculatively; confirm which Epic account holds the entitlement before changing a connection.
A single missing outfit points more often to a claim, filter, or style condition. A completely empty Locker, reset pass level, or missing collection points more strongly to an account mismatch or linking problem. If the item is absent on one device but present on another using the same Epic sign-in, document that difference; it helps distinguish a local session issue from an entitlement issue.
Changing hardware does not transfer ownership to a different Epic account. Buying another access pass or V-Bucks also does not move an existing reward between accounts.

What should I do when Fortnite says there was an error processing my rewards?
For a claim that produced an error, use Epic’s basic recovery sequence before assuming the reward is permanently lost.
- Sign out, then sign back in to the Epic account that owns the pass or item.
- Restart Fortnite completely rather than leaving it suspended in the background.
- Wait a few minutes so the reward transaction can finish processing.
- Check Epic’s live status page for a Fortnite or account-service incident. A status page is a snapshot and can change after you check it.
- Try the same account on another supported device. If the reward appears there, the problem may be limited to the original device or session.
- Return to the Passes tab and verify whether the item was actually claimed before attempting the action again.
Do not immediately repeat a purchase or spend additional currency while a transaction is processing. First establish whether the game recorded the claim. Keep the exact error wording and approximate time if the message returns.
Epic’s public status board showed Fortnite as operational at the October 30 snapshot. That does not rule out an individual account or transaction problem, so use the live board at the time of the error rather than relying on an earlier status.
When should I contact Epic Support?
Escalate after you have confirmed that the pass is live, your account has access, the reward’s level and prerequisite claims are complete, and the item is not hidden in Locker or Archive.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- Missing eligible Bonus Reward: submit a support ticket after completing Epic’s Bonus Rewards checks.
- Other missing Locker item: use Epic’s missing-item support guidance and identify the item, pass, platform, account, and approximate claim time.
- Entire collection or progress missing: explain the account-linking situation, especially if the issue occurs on a console.
- Repeated processing error: include the exact error wording and state which sign-in, restart, wait, status, and alternate-device checks you completed.
Include whether the reward was only unlocked or was actually claimed, because those are different states. Also say whether the issue affects one item or every cosmetic, one device or several, and whether the item appears in Archive. These details let support investigate an entitlement or account record instead of sending you through generic steps.
Support can investigate an entitlement or account record. It cannot grant an unannounced reward from a pass that has not launched.

What fixes are unlikely to help?
Several common suggestions do not address the cause of a missing Battle Pass cosmetic.
- Reinstalling Fortnite: useful only for a local installation problem; it does not change the Epic account’s entitlements.
- Buying V-Bucks: V-Bucks do not unlock a future pass, repair an account link, or restore an already-claimed outfit.
- Changing controllers or consoles: hardware cannot move a reward from one Epic account to another.
- Using a physical V-Bucks card: it adds currency when redeemed correctly, but it does not make an unpublished Battle Pass live.
- Assuming a teaser is a confirmed roster: a teaser does not establish that a particular character or outfit is a Battle Pass reward.
- Using third-party repair or streaming software: such tools cannot change Epic’s entitlement record, pass eligibility, or Locker archive state.
Likewise, figures, collectibles, printed guides, controllers, and repair components are physical products, not digital outfits. None performs Epic’s account, reward, or Locker checks. Stick to the in-game Passes tab, Epic account controls, status board, and official support channels.
How can I tell whether this is a launch-timing issue or a real missing item?
Use the state of the pass and the scope of the problem as your decision points.
It is probably a launch-timing issue when
- Treasure Hunters does not appear in the Passes tab.
- You are relying on a teaser, rumor, or expected character rather than an in-game reward tile.
- The current official page still shows Override and its November 1 Eastern Time end date.
- No official page gives a Treasure Hunters price, track, or exact downtime hour.
It is probably an eligibility issue when
- The reward tile is visible but locked.
- Your level, earlier claims, or premium access requirement is incomplete.
- The item is a Bonus Reward with additional progression requirements.
It is probably a visibility issue when
- The reward was claimed successfully but is absent only from the Locker.
- Clearing Sort & Filter, disabling favorites-only, or checking Archive reveals it.
- The base outfit is present and only a style option remains locked.
It needs account or support investigation when
- The item was eligible and claimed, but remains absent after account reauthentication and the Locker checks.
- All cosmetics or progress are missing.
- The claim repeatedly returns a processing error across sessions or devices.
What should I check again when the season changes?
On or after the pass transition, reopen the official Battle Pass page and Fortnite’s Passes tab. Confirm that Treasure Hunters is actually listed, read its published requirements, and check whether Epic has announced a specific release or maintenance schedule.
Compare what Epic publishes with what you expected: pass name, reward track, premium-access requirement, price, level gates, and style objectives. Do not carry Override’s 800-V-Bucks price into the new pass unless Epic explicitly lists the same price. Do not treat an independently reported teaser as confirmation of a character or outfit.
Only after the pass appears should you troubleshoot a Treasure Hunters reward as an in-game entitlement. Until then, an absent outfit is consistent with an unreleased or unverified pass, not a confirmed missing skin.

How was this troubleshooting order chosen?
The sequence follows the checks that separate an unavailable future item from a live reward problem: pass availability, eligibility and access, Locker visibility, account ownership, transaction processing, service status, and finally support escalation. It avoids treating reinstalling software, purchasing currency, or changing hardware as entitlement fixes.
In practical terms, start with the least destructive check. Verify that the pass exists, then read the tile’s requirement, clear Locker filters, confirm the owning account, and only then retry or contact support. This order preserves your account state and gives Epic the clearest information if an entitlement really is missing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I claim a Treasure Hunters skin before the new Battle Pass appears?
No. A reward cannot be claimed until Epic makes the pass and its reward track available to your account. A teaser or reported release date does not create an in-game entitlement.
Does Fortnite Crew include access to a new Battle Pass?
Epic says an active Fortnite Crew subscription provides access to current-pass premium rewards. That access applies to a live pass; it does not reveal an unpublished track or restore a cosmetic missing from the wrong account.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Why did my outfit disappear after I favorited other cosmetics?
A favorites-only Locker filter can hide every outfit that is not favorited. Clear Sort & Filter settings and check Archived items before assuming the cosmetic was removed.
What information should I include in a missing-item support request?
Include the Epic account, platform, pass name, item name, whether the item was claimed or only unlocked, the approximate time of the claim, and the exact error text. Mention the Locker, Archive, sign-in, restart, status-page, and alternate-device checks you already completed.
Is the November 1 date the exact Treasure Hunters launch hour?
No. November 1, 2026, Eastern Time, was the end date shown for the Override pass. It was not a published Treasure Hunters downtime hour or reward-release timestamp.
Why can I see an outfit but not its second style?
Styles can have separate level, claim, or objective requirements. Open the style selector and follow the condition shown there; a missing style does not necessarily mean the base outfit failed to grant.
Will reinstalling Fortnite restore a missing skin?
Reinstallation may address a local software problem, but it does not change Epic account ownership or grant an entitlement. Check the pass, Locker filters, Archive, and account first.
Does buying V-Bucks fix a missing Battle Pass outfit?
No. V-Bucks can pay for eligible access or purchases, but they do not make an unpublished pass live, repair an account link, or restore an outfit that was already claimed.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Epic’s October 30, 2026 page still showed Override, so Treasure Hunters skins may simply not be released yet. Once a pass is live, check eligibility and claims, clear Locker filters and Archive, verify the owning Epic account, retry processing on another device, and contact Epic only after those checks fail.
