If Soulslinger: Envoy of Death keeps crashing, first check the system requirements on the storefront where you own the game, then make sure the game is updated. Start by identifying when the crash happens

Compare your PC’s CPU, graphics card, RAM and available storage with the listing for your copy. Falling below a listed requirement does not prove that it caused a particular crash, and meeting the requirements does not rule out a game-specific fault. The SSD recommendation is not evidence that installing an SSD will fix crashing.
Make sure the game is updated
- Open the storefront where you own Soulslinger.
- Check the game’s page or library entry for an available update and install it before testing again.
- If the crash began after an update, note that timing when reporting the problem.
Steam’s listing includes an announcement for Update 1.032 that says, “With this patch, we’ve vastly improved the game’s stability once again!” The announcement excerpt does not identify the crash types or PC configurations affected, or confirm that any specific crash scenario is resolved. Treat it as a stability improvement, not a guaranteed fix for every crash.

Steam identifies Elder Games as the developer and lists [email protected] for game support. To make your report useful, include:
- Whether you own the Steam or Epic version.
- Your Windows version, CPU, graphics card and amount of RAM.
- When the crash occurs and whether it started after an update.
- The exact error message, or a note that no message appears.
