3. Make the region and final total consistent
Check the country or region on the Microsoft account and the Microsoft Store location on the device. The card saves, but the purchase is declined immediately
Ask the issuer whether it blocked an online, international, recurring, or unusually large transaction. Confirm that the card was not replaced and that the billing postal code is entered exactly as the issuer stores it.
