Find Eevee and all eight Eeveelutions in Palette Town. Eevee appears when you first interact with the computer at the Palette Town Pokémon Center; each Eeveelution is attracted separately by a habitat containing a seat, a table, and its signature food. You do not evolve Eevee in Pokémon Pokopia.
How to reach Palette Town
- Progress through the Withered Wasteland until Ditto learns Rock Smash.
- Go to the Pokémon Center and use Rock Smash on the wall to its left.
- Follow the broken cycling path west, then rebuild the route to cross into Palette Town. The route is described in Nintendo Life’s Palette Town guide; later construction may require additional Ditto skills.
How to get Eevee
At the Palette Town Pokémon Center, interact with the computer. Eevee appears and is added to your Pokédex. To attract Eevee to a habitat instead, build a Pretty Flower Bed with four wildflowers, as described in Nintendo Life’s Eevee and Eeveelutions guide.
How to attract each Eeveelution
For each evolved form, place its listed signature food with any seat and any table in Palette Town. The food recipes are generally unlocked by completing that Pokémon’s Special Challenge at the Palette Town Pokémon Center PC. Nintendo Life says some recipes may occasionally appear in the Center’s Daily Items, but this is not a dependable alternative to completing the challenges. Its guide reports that each recipe takes one Pokémetal to make.

Why Eevee does not evolve into these forms
Pokopia does not use the usual Pokémon evolution mechanic for these encounters. Eevee and its eight evolved forms are separate Pokémon: build each form’s own habitat to attract it. There is no need to level Eevee, use an evolution stone, or trigger an evolution.

The consulted guides place Eevee and all eight Eeveelutions in Palette Town; they do not report them spawning in the main-story areas. Eevee’s first appearance is tied to the Pokémon Center computer, while the other forms require their individual food habitats.
