John Romero’s One Humanity is a 2022 DOOM II level sold as a digital WAD. Romero’s current listing describes it as his first DOOM II level since the game’s 1994 release and lists it for €3.00. Its Ukraine-relief fundraising commitment was announced at launch in 2022; the current store page does not confirm that purchases today still support those efforts.
What is One Humanity?
One Humanity is a custom level for DOOM II, created by John Romero in 2022. Romero’s current product page calls it his first DOOM II level since the original game’s 1994 release. It is a WAD download, not a standalone game.

Does buying it still help Ukraine?
Romero’s 2022 launch announcement said that 100% of proceeds would support the people of Ukraine and humanitarian efforts by the Red Cross and the UN Central Emergency Response Fund. Game Informer reported the announcement on March 3, 2022, and reproduced Romero’s statement about the level and its purpose in its contemporaneous coverage.
That commitment describes the original launch arrangement, not a confirmed policy for current purchases. Romero’s present product listing gives a price and purchase details but does not say that today’s proceeds still go to Ukraine relief. The sources also do not establish a total raised or confirm the amount transferred, so neither should be assumed.

No. One Humanity is a single DOOM II WAD level. SIGIL II is a separate megawad for the original 1993 DOOM. Romero Games describes SIGIL II as having nine single-player levels and nine deathmatch levels, with release described as December 10, 2023. Its page says it does not require DOOM II.
