In Pokémon Ultra Moon, your first Lunala comes from Nebby, the story’s Cosmog: continue the main story until Nebby evolves, and it becomes Lunala. After finishing the story, you can also get another Cosmog at Lake of the Moone if you have Lunala in your party, creating a separate route to an additional Lunala.
Get your first Lunala from Nebby
Play through the main story with Nebby, the Cosmog who accompanies you. At its story evolution point, Nebby evolves into Lunala in Ultra Moon. This is the route to your first Lunala; there is no need to obtain one through Necrozma.
The available reference confirms the story evolution but does not establish a complete, reliable sequence of checkpoints or exact trigger directions. Continue the main story rather than relying on an unverified step-by-step trigger. The game-specific route is described in Serebii’s Legendary Pokémon guide, and The Pokémon Company’s Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Pokémon index associates Lunala with Ultra Moon.
Get another Cosmog after the story
If you want an additional Lunala, finish the story, make sure Lunala is in your party, and visit Lake of the Moone. There you can obtain another Cosmog. That Cosmog gives you a separate opportunity to obtain another Lunala; it is not an automatic second Lunala pickup.

Do not confuse Lunala with Dawn Wings Necrozma
Dawn Wings Necrozma is a form Necrozma takes after absorbing Lunala. That is a separate form-changing mechanic, not a way to acquire Lunala. The Pokémon Company describes the form on its official Dawn Wings Necrozma page.
