Go to Sam’s Seed Shop, the game’s main seed shop, and check the inventory shown in-game. Mushroom Seeds may not appear on every visit because community references describe them as a rotating stock item.

Community-maintained references report that a Mushroom Seed costs 150,000 Sheckles. The Grow a Garden Wiki’s Mushroom page reports a 0.83% (1-in-120) chance of the seed being in stock and says 16 or more may be available when it appears. These are wiki-reported figures, not official developer-confirmed values or guarantees; verify the current stock and price in the live game.
Are there other ways to get Mushroom Seeds?
No Mushroom-specific seed pack, event reward, or trading route is established by the available references. Sam’s Seed Shop is the reported acquisition route; be cautious of claims that another method is guaranteed unless it can be confirmed in the current game.

Check Sam’s inventory again later. The sources do not establish an exact restock schedule, so there is no confirmed time to return that guarantees Mushroom Seeds will be available.
