You could earn Now & Later packs in MLB The Show 25, not by buying MLB The Show 26. The announced Scouting Report signup deadline and in-game earning activities have passed. If you earned packs, the publisher said to log into MLB The Show 26 using the same account; each earned pack was supposed to generate a voucher that automatically redeemed for a The Show Pack.
How the Now & Later pack transfer worked
Now & Later was a cross-game reward program: players earned packs in MLB The Show 25, and those packs generated vouchers for The Show Packs in MLB The Show 26. The publisher’s announcement described automatic redemption after logging into MLB The Show 26 with the same account used to earn the rewards in MLB The Show 25. It did not describe a separate code-entry step. Read the announcement reproduced from The Show.

The five-pack offer and 11th Inning details come from The Show announcement. The 12-pack cap and program launch time are reported in a forum thread reproducing the program announcement.
Do you need the same account or the same console?
The stated requirement was the same account used to earn the packs in MLB The Show 25. The announcement does not say that the same physical console was required. If you earned the packs on one platform and are unsure how your account or platform setup affects entitlement, the available announcement does not spell out those cases; do not assume that changing consoles by itself either grants or removes the reward.

What to do if an earned pack is missing
The publisher announcement explains the intended automatic transfer but does not give a current step-by-step missing-reward fix. A March 13, 2026 Insider Gaming guide discussed conflicting launch-period player reports and uncertainty about delivery timing; that does not establish a current remedy.
- Confirm you are signing into MLB The Show 26 with the same account used for the MLB The Show 25 earning activity.
- If the reward still does not appear, contact the publisher’s support team with your account details and the route through which you earned the pack. This is a practical next step, not a troubleshooting process specified in the announcement.
Can you still get the packs by purchasing either game?
No supported purchase workaround is established. These were time-limited rewards tied to past signup and MLB The Show 25 activities; purchasing MLB The Show 25 or MLB The Show 26 now is not evidence that an account qualifies for packs earned during those windows. Player discussions also reflect questions about redemption and account requirements, but do not change the announced eligibility conditions.
