Where to find Sharpdart
Travel to the western side of Wormways and look for an elevated entrance marked by a Weaver door. Behind it is Weavenest Karn, where a platforming section leads to the Weaver Burial Spire. Bind Sharpdart at the spire.
One described route into Wormways starts at an elevator in Moss Grotto and passes a Craggler and a Simple Key door; it is one route, not the only way to reach the region. The Hollow Knight Wiki’s Wormways page and the Silksong Wiki’s Sharpdart page identify the destination and pickup.
What you need to reach the entrance
Needolin is required
Use Needolin to open the entrance to Weavenest Karn. Without it, you cannot enter the area and reach the skill.

Choose a way up to the elevated door
Clawline is the recommended traversal aid. The Hollow Knight Wiki also reports that Drifter’s Cloak combined with Swift Step can reach the door. A fan guide recommends Clawline or Faydown Cloak, so the reported tool options differ; choose based on what you have and your comfort with the platforming. Neither source establishes one approach as universally easier. The Hollow Knight Wiki’s Sharpdart page describes the alternate route, while a fan guide gives its recommendation.
Reach the Weaver Burial Spire
- Reach Wormways by your available route.
- Head to the western side and find the elevated Weaver-marked entrance.
- Use Needolin to open the entrance to Weavenest Karn.
- Cross the platforming section and bind Sharpdart at the Weaver Burial Spire.
What Sharpdart does
Sharpdart is a Silk Skill that sends Hornet forward with her Needle extended, passing through and damaging enemies. It can reposition Hornet through an enemy and help avoid attacks during the dash. It is not unconditional invulnerability: environmental hazards can still hit her, and the startup delay leaves her vulnerable before the dash begins.
