- 1 lime wedge and Tajín, for the glass rims
- Ice
- 1½ ounces tequila
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce mango purée
- ½ tablespoon sambal oelek
- 6 ounces Mexican lager
- Rub the lime wedge around the rims of the glasses, then dip the rims in Tajín. Chill the glasses.
- Fill each glass with ice.
- Add the tequila, lime juice, mango purée, sambal oelek and Mexican lager, then stir gently.
