To get the Deluxe Edition gear in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, make sure your account owns the Deluxe Edition or the Deluxe upgrade, then complete A Wound in Time for the Order set and Burning Trail for the Cataclysm set. Each quest awards weapons, armor, and horse armor. The artbook and soundtrack are separate downloads.
Check that your edition includes the quests
The Order and Cataclysm quests are Deluxe content. Owning the Standard Edition alone does not include them. Bethesda lists the base game, Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine expansions, and older add-ons in both Standard and Deluxe; those items are not the new Deluxe gear quests. The older list includes Horse Pack Armor, which is distinct from the new horse armor sets awarded by the quests.

If you already own the digital base game, Bethesda describes a separate Deluxe upgrade; the base game is required and sold separately. Compare your platform and region, whether you need the full game or only the upgrade, and whether you are buying a digital or physical edition. Bethesda’s edition details distinguish Standard from Deluxe.
For physical copies, check the product details for your specific platform and region. Bethesda Support documents physical Deluxe editions for Xbox and PlayStation as a case and disc with a code for the unique digital sets, artbook, and soundtrack app; an additional download is required to play. Bethesda’s Switch 2 announcement also lists a physical Deluxe edition, alongside digital editions and a Deluxe upgrade, and states that the Switch 2 release was August 11, 2026. Complete the quests to claim the gear
- Confirm your Deluxe entitlement. Check the edition or add-on associated with the platform account you use to play. If you have only the digital base game, obtain the Deluxe upgrade for that platform.
- Complete A Wound in Time. This quest provides the Order weapons, armor, and horse armor.
- Complete Burning Trail. This quest provides the Cataclysm weapons, armor, and horse armor.
Bethesda names the quests and rewards but does not provide quest-start locations, NPC names, prerequisites, or walkthrough steps on its support page. Consult the in-game quest log once the Deluxe content is available rather than relying on an unverified location or prerequisite.
Find the artbook and soundtrack
The digital artbook and soundtrack are not claimed by completing either quest. Bethesda says to download them separately from the game; their library locations depend on platform:

- Xbox Console or Xbox App for PC: Look under Games for “TES IV: Oblivion Remastered – Digital Artbook & Original Soundtrack.”
- PS5: Select the combined item associated with the game edition in your library.
