Full ending spoilers ahead. High on Life 2 guides describe three hidden payoff routes: shoot Lizzie during the opening encounter for an abrupt credits sequence, finish the campaign and wait through the credits for playable post-credits content, and complete Twilly’s optional escape rooms before the finale to unlock a staged hidden reveal. Guides count these outcomes differently, so this is a practical route guide—not an official, confirmed total.
At a glance: which route should you take?
| Route | When | What you need | Payoff |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shoot Lizzie | First mission | Reach Lizzie’s first encounter | Credits, a funeral image, and the Good Ending achievement, according to Destructoid |
| Campaign post-credits section | After the main story | Defeat Nipulon and let the credits finish | A playable scene with characters reacting to your victory and a message from Suit OS, as described by Destructoid |
| Twilly’s escape-room reveal | Escape rooms before the finale; reveal after the final boss | Reach Pinkstock Harbor, use Travis to access Twilly’s No Escape, and finish all three rooms | A staged room sequence and hidden reveal, as described by Gameranx |
1. Get the early Lizzie credits route
In the first mission, the intended path is to help Lizzie by taking out the bounty hunters. To trigger the abrupt alternate route instead, shoot Lizzie when you first meet her. Destructoid reports that the game rolls the credits, shows an image of Lizzie’s funeral, and awards the Good Ending achievement.

This is a joke ending that cuts off the campaign early; it is not the main story’s conclusion. If you want to continue the standard campaign, do not shoot Lizzie at this encounter.
2. See the campaign’s post-credits playable section
Follow the main missions through the confrontation with Nipulon. After defeating him and stopping his plan, stay through the credits rather than exiting or skipping ahead. Destructoid says a playable section begins afterward, featuring characters praising you for stopping Nipulon and a message from Suit OS.

Complete all three rooms and collect the ankhs
- Mummy room: Interact with the alarm clock to wake the mummy.
- Doghouse room: Cook the raw meat on the barbecue, then put it by the doghouse.
- Chainsaw room: Fuel the chainsaw and use it on the mummy. Take the ankh, then place the body on the bed.
These puzzle solutions come from Games.GG. After leaving the attraction, that guide advises accepting the newsletter prompt; treat this as a guide-reported step, not an officially confirmed condition.

- Finish the main campaign and defeat the final boss.
- At the restaurant gathering, leave through the exit blocked by the characters, as Gameranx describes.
- Interact with the glowing ankh on the floor outside the circle. The restaurant transforms into a staged room; follow the sequence there to see the hidden reveal.
The guides differ in how they describe when to initiate the finale sequence. The cautious order is to finish the rooms before completing the story, then look for the glowing ankh at the restaurant after the final boss.

Why guides give different counts
Destructoid’s February 2026 guide calls two outcomes secret endings: the Lizzie credits route and the campaign’s post-credits section. Gameranx separately documents the escape-room reveal. Because those guides use “ending” differently and no official inventory of all endings is established by these sources, the useful distinction is what each route actually does: an early credits gag, playable content after the credits, or a hidden sequence reached through optional rooms.
