A portal will then open beside the Arsenal in Eidskallen Square; finish its combat trial to claim the belt.
Requirements before you start
- Use Cursed Mode. The Mr. Peeks magazine does not spawn in standard mode.
- Complete Totenreich’s main Easter Egg on the account you are using.
- Progress the Jotunn Star wonder-weapon quest to the top of the lighthouse on Beacon Island.
- Plan for at least 900 credited kills: 18 counters multiplied by 50 kills each.
Collect the magazine before the Jotunn Star
- Reach the lighthouse on Beacon Island while progressing the Jotunn Star quest.
- In the top room, find the small breakable box and pick up the Mr. Peeks magazine.
- Only after collecting the magazine, take the Jotunn Star.
Taking the wonder weapon first locks the magazine out for that game. Any kills made without the magazine active will not count toward the belt, so restarting is the only practical recovery if you make this mistake.

Complete all 18 kill counters
Buy each weapon from its chalk outline and use that wall-buy copy for 50 direct kills. The order is flexible. Check the weapon statistics in the pause menu rather than trusting the on-screen kill feed. The guide recommends aiming for roughly 55–60 kills per weapon to protect against missed credit.

Rules that determine whether a kill counts
- Only kills made with the weapon’s wall-buy version advance its counter.
- Mystery Box copies, loadout weapons and teammate-dropped weapons do not count.
- Equipment, field upgrades, traps, ammo-mod damage and Elemental Pop kills do not count as the weapon’s direct kills.
- Pack-a-Punch and rarity upgrades are allowed.
- Use the weapon’s base firing mode. Underbarrel kills are disputed and should not be relied on.
- After collecting the magazine, earn 50 direct Jotunn Star kills as well. These kills can be completed at any point during the grind.
A non-lethal ammunition option such as Cryo Freeze or Light Mend can help preserve direct-kill credit. Start working on the three secret-room weapons early because reaching them depends on Tyr’s Head teleports.

Solo or co-op: how to divide the grind

Find the portal and clear the trial
When all 17 wall-buy counters and the Jotunn Star counter reach 50, go to Eidskallen Square. The portal is beside the Arsenal, between the fish trap and the MPC-25 wall buy.
Entering it starts a multi-wave combat trial. Weapons are removed at the end of each wave while zombies continue spawning, so bank enough Essence to purchase and Pack-a-Punch replacements between rounds. Your perks, augments and field upgrade carry into the trial.

After the final wave, the Championship Belt pickup appears. Collecting it unlocks the Wrestler’s Belt relic.
What the Wrestler’s Belt relic and trial award
- The Wrestler’s Belt is a Grim-tier relic.
- Its effect randomizes weapon wall buys at the start of every round.
- Completing the trial awards the Elemental Exposure GobbleGum and 1,000 XP.
- If the relic completes a 30-relic collection, the reported additional rewards are a secret camo, Near Death Experience and Wonderbar! GobbleGums, plus 30,000 XP.
Why the solve matters
The relic was marked solved on October 16, 2026, 169 days after Totenreich launched. The solution is a structured kill grind rather than a hidden interaction, timing puzzle or special Necropincer kill: the magazine enables the counters, the 17 wall buys and Jotunn Star provide the 18 targets, and the Eidskallen Square portal provides the final challenge.
