To get all three Zora Armor pieces in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, have Yona repair the chest piece in Zora’s Domain, find the Greaves behind a waterfall in the Ancient Zora Waterworks, and open the chest in the Floating Scales Island cave for the Helm. The chest piece grants the ability to climb waterfalls, which also helps you reach the Helm’s location.
Get the Zora Armor chest piece from Yona

As the Zora’s Domain storyline progresses, find Yona in the infirmary in Zora’s Domain.

Clear the muck from the statue. Splash Fruit is one way to wash it away.

Speak with Yona again. She asks for an Ancient Arowana to repair the Zora Armor.

Bring her the fish to receive the chest piece. Ploymus Mountain, behind Zora’s Domain, is one reported place to find Ancient Arowana.

Find the Zora Greaves in the Ancient Zora Waterworks
Progress the Zora storyline through Sidon of the Zora, then check in with Yona. The Greaves are associated with the side quest “A Token of Friendship.” If the quest prompt or access is not available yet, continue the story and follow Yona’s directions; guides differ on how they describe the exact unlock timing.

Continue past the Stone Talus area toward the waterfall at the back. You can run past the Stone Talus rather than fight it.

Find the Zora Helm on Floating Scales Island
The Helm is in a chest inside a cave on Floating Scales Island, the fish-shaped sky island tied to the Zora storyline. From Mipha Court, use the Zora Armor to travel up toward the island. Look along its rear-right edge for a cave opening obscured by sludge; clear the sludge, glide inside, and open the chest.

The associated side quest is “The Never-Ending Lecture,” which begins by speaking with Chroma or Khira in the throne room. The quest and the item pickup are distinct: Digital Trends reports that you can collect the Helm before activating the quest, while Gamer Guides connects it with the quest. If you are already at the island, you can try the cave even if the quest is not active.

The chest piece depends on Yona’s repair request and an Ancient Arowana. The Greaves and Helm are tied to later Zora-story progress in the guides, but they do not describe their quest timing identically. The Helm is specifically reported as collectible before its associated quest is active, so you do not necessarily need to wait for “The Never-Ending Lecture” to open its chest.
Once you have the chest piece, its waterfall-climbing ability can help you reach Floating Scales Island. Nintendo’s Tears of the Kingdom Explorer’s Guide is an official general guide; the specific locations and quest directions above are reported by the linked game guides.
