The quickest low-waste approach is to complete your daily Guild Cargo order with goods you already own or can gather, then sell eligible items through the Trading Center. Bound Luno cannot be used to buy there. Check each item’s tradeability and current prices before spending Focus, materials, or Unbound Luno to make more goods.
What Unbound Luno is for
Blue Protocol: Star Resonance has both Bound Luno and Unbound Luno. They are not interchangeable at the Trading Center: purchases there require Unbound Luno, and Bound Luno cannot be used. The Prydwen Institute Trading Center Guide explains the distinction and the marketplace’s tradeability rules.
Start with Guild Cargo
Guild Cargo is a repeatable daily way to earn Luno directly. At the Guild Center, speak to Douglas and turn in the goods requested for that day. Requests change daily and usually involve Focus-based Life Skill resources or products; fishing may be an alternative for some requests. The Prydwen Institute Guilds Guide describes the route.
- Check Douglas’s current request and reward first. Do not buy goods until you know what the order requires and what it pays.
- Use items already in your inventory where possible. If you need more, compare gathering or crafting costs with the reward.
- Consider fishing when it fits the request. Prydwen’s guide identifies it as an alternative when you want to avoid spending Focus or buying materials from the Trade House.
- Turn in what makes sense for your resources. Prydwen’s Daily Tasks List, accessed in 2026, recommends reaching a 20,000-volume target where practical, ideally without buying items from the Trading Center. Confirm the current in-game cap and reward before treating that guide figure as current.
Buying cargo materials with Unbound Luno can defeat the purpose of the turn-in. Compare the purchase cost with the reward before doing it; if the numbers do not work, wait for a request you can fill more cheaply.

Sell tradeable items through the Trading Center
After Guild Cargo, the other main route described by the guides is listing eligible items in the Trading Center. The Prydwen Trading Center Guide says Focus-costing Life Skill materials and items are always tradeable, while other item types may be tradeable only in certain circumstances. Check the item’s status in-game rather than assuming that every drop or crafted item can be listed.
- Open the Trading Center and check the item’s current tradeability.
- Review current listings and demand for that item on your server.
- Account for the time, Focus, and materials needed to gather or craft it.
- Check the live transaction fee and estimate your proceeds after the fee, not just the listed price.
The guide, last updated in 2025, reports a 5–30% transaction-fee range depending on item and price, deducted when an item sells. Treat that as a dated guide figure, not a guaranteed current rate; check the fee shown in-game before listing. A listing price is not the same as net Luno earned.

Check drops as occasional extra inventory
Some boss-related items may be sellable. The Trading Center Guide includes Battle Imagine Wills from bosses among its tradeable categories, and Prydwen’s Daily Tasks List notes that some boss chest drops may be unbound and sellable. Check each drop’s status. These are possible additions to your inventory, not guaranteed income, because rewards and eligibility vary.
Use the current Season Pass as a supplement
Prydwen’s Season Guide reports Unbound Luno rewards in the paid Advanced and Supreme Season Pass tiers, but pass rewards depend on the season. Inspect the current pass in-game before relying on a reward or amount. The guide also distinguishes Luno from Bound Luno in its activity-reward display, so do not assume every daily Luno reward is Unbound or usable at the Trading Center.

Choose a route by net value, not a supposed universal best item
The sources do not provide live server-market comparisons or a reliable earnings-per-hour ranking. There is no established universal fastest Life Skill or best item to sell. The better choice depends on what you already have, the day’s cargo request, current demand, the costs of gathering or crafting, and the fee on a successful sale.

For the quickest practical start, check Cargo first and fill it with goods you already own or can gather efficiently. Then list surplus items only after verifying eligibility and the likely net proceeds. That avoids spending Unbound Luno to chase a reward or sale that may not pay back its cost.
