What unlocks Archival Footage?

How to collect missed photos after a chapter
You do not have to restart the entire game to revisit a missed collectible. PowerPyx reports that Chapter Select becomes available after you complete a chapter, while TrueAchievements says the menu identifies scenes where photos remain uncollected.
- Finish the chapter containing the photo you missed.
- Open Chapter Select from the game’s menu.
- Check the scene indicators to find a scene marked as having a missed photo.
- Replay that scene and collect the Polaroid, then continue checking marked scenes until you have found all 20.
Should you collect the photos during your first playthrough?
Collecting photos as you encounter them avoids revisiting scenes later. If you miss one, Chapter Select provides a reported way to return to incomplete scenes after the relevant chapter is complete. Which route is faster depends on your progress; the guides do not provide a time estimate.

Why this guide does not list a photo count for every chapter
The overall total is reported as 20, but a third-party chapter breakdown conflicts with that figure: PixelForge’s listed counts add up to 18. Because the available guides do not reconcile the discrepancy, use the game’s scene indicators to locate anything you missed rather than relying on an unverified chapter-by-chapter count.
