If you mean voice chat inside Roblox’s Da Hood, you currently can’t join one: the game’s listing says Voice Chat is not supported. If you mean talking with Da Hood players outside the game, join a Da Hood Discord community and enter one of its voice channels.
First, choose which kind of voice chat you mean
“VC” can mean Roblox voice chat inside Da Hood or a voice channel in a separate Discord server. These are different services: joining a Discord voice channel does not enable voice inside the Roblox game. Roblox says experience developers choose whether to integrate Voice Chat, so account eligibility alone does not make it available in every game. Roblox Voice Chat FAQ
| Option | Where you talk | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Roblox in-experience voice | Inside Da Hood | The current Da Hood listing says Voice Chat is not supported. Da Hood on Roblox |
| Discord community voice | In a Discord server voice channel, outside the game | Da Hood EU describes its community as offering chats and voice channels. Check the server and channel requirements before joining. Da Hood EU |
How to join a Da Hood Discord voice channel
- Find a current invite to a Da Hood Discord community through a source you trust or Discord Discovery.
- Before joining, confirm the server name and community so you know you are entering the intended server.
- Once you have joined, select a voice channel you are permitted to enter. Some channels may have access requirements.
This conversation happens in Discord, not inside Da Hood. A Da Hood community may change its invite or channel access rules, so check the current server details.
Why Roblox voice will not work inside Da Hood right now
Roblox’s current Da Hood experience listing says Voice Chat is not supported. Roblox advises players to check an experience’s description to see whether it supports voice, and explains that developers decide whether to integrate the feature. Until Da Hood’s listing or Roblox confirms support, changing your account voice settings will not add in-game voice to the experience. Roblox Voice Chat FAQ

If Da Hood adds in-game voice later
If the experience begins supporting Voice Chat, Roblox says voice eligibility is for users aged 13 or older who have completed an age check. Availability can also depend on region, and the feature only works in experiences that support it. Check Roblox’s current Voice Chat instructions for activation and in-game controls.
Is “/e joinvc” a working command?
A 2021 user-made video circulated instructions to enable Roblox voice and type /e joinvc. That is historical guidance, not current confirmation that the command works. It also conflicts with Da Hood’s current listing, which says Voice Chat is unsupported. Don’t rely on the command unless Roblox or Da Hood provides current instructions confirming it.
