In NEW STATE MOBILE, open the lobby menu, go to Settings, select Linked Platforms, choose Facebook, and approve the correct Facebook account. Link the account while you are still using the character whose progress you want to keep—especially if it is a Guest account.
These instructions apply to NEW STATE MOBILE (also listed as NEW STATE: NEW ERA OF BR), not the separate PUBG MOBILE app. Menu names may differ slightly in the 2026 app because KRAFTON’s published support instructions are older.

Before linking Facebook
- Open the game account containing the character and progress you want to preserve.
- Make sure NEW STATE MOBILE is updated from the official app store and that your internet connection is stable.
- Check that you know the correct Facebook email address, phone number or username and password.
- Complete Facebook two-factor authentication if requested.
- Check which Facebook account is active in the Facebook app and your device browser.
Do not uninstall the game, clear its data, reset the phone or delete the Guest account first. KRAFTON warns that Guest information may be lost after deletion, reinstallation, a device reset or a device change. See KRAFTON’s Guest-account guidance.
How to link Facebook to NEW STATE MOBILE
- Open NEW STATE MOBILE and enter the lobby using the character whose progress you want to save.
- Tap the menu button in the top-right corner.
- Open Settings by tapping the cogwheel.
- Find Linked Platforms, or an equivalent section called Account or Social Media.
- Tap the Facebook icon.
- Carefully review the Facebook account shown by the authorization screen.
- Sign in to the intended Facebook account if prompted.
- Approve the requested Facebook authorization.
- Return to the game and confirm that Facebook is shown as connected or linked.
KRAFTON’s documented route starts in the lobby, then uses the top-right menu, Settings, the linked-platforms section and the relevant platform icon. The current interface may use slightly different labels; do not approve the prompt until you have confirmed the Facebook identity.

One Facebook account should not be treated as a way to store multiple NEW STATE MOBILE characters. KRAFTON states that one social account can be linked to only one game account, so linking the wrong Facebook identity can create an account-association problem.
How to confirm that linking worked
- Open Settings → Linked Platforms again.
- Confirm that Facebook is marked as connected.
- Record your character name and player ID, if displayed.
- If you test the login, return to the title screen only after you know the correct Facebook account and login method.
Do not deliberately sign out of a valuable account unless you have recorded its identifying details and are certain you can sign back in.
How to use the account on another phone
- Install NEW STATE MOBILE on the new Android or iPhone.
- Start the game and choose the Facebook sign-in option.
- Sign in with the same Facebook account linked to the original character.
- Confirm that the expected character and progress load.
KRAFTON documents Facebook as a supported option on both Android and iOS, and says linked game information can be used across operating systems. This makes Facebook the relevant option when moving between Android and iPhone. Google Play linking is Android-specific, while Apple linking is iOS-specific. Cross-platform account access does not by itself guarantee that every device-specific purchase, subscription, store entitlement or operating-system setting will behave identically.

If Facebook login opens a new character
A new character usually means the game is receiving a different account identity from the one originally linked, or that the original character was never linked to Facebook.
- Stop playing on the newly loaded character so the accounts do not become confusing.
- Check the active Facebook account in both the Facebook app and the device’s default browser.
- Sign out of the wrong Facebook account where appropriate.
- Sign in with the Facebook identity originally linked to NEW STATE MOBILE.
- Try the Facebook login again.
- If the original character was Guest-only and the old device still works, return to it and link the Guest account before making further changes.
Also check that you are using NEW STATE MOBILE’s login screen rather than PUBG MOBILE’s. The two apps should be treated as separate games with separate account systems. A Facebook login for one does not merge its progress with the other.

If the character still does not appear, the original account may have been linked to Google, Apple or another provider instead. If you have lost access to the Facebook identity itself, KRAFTON directs users to Facebook’s Help Center. For a game-account problem, use NEW STATE MOBILE’s in-game customer support.

If Facebook says it is already linked
KRAFTON says a social account can be linked to only one NEW STATE MOBILE account. The Facebook identity may therefore already be associated with another character. This is not an account-merging feature, and linking a second character will not combine inventories or progress.
KRAFTON’s guidance indicates that the previous social integration may need to be disabled before the same Facebook account can be reused. Do not unlink casually: the documented process is delayed rather than immediate. Review the current in-game prompt and the guidance for reusing a social account.

Facebook authorization fails
Try these practical troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm that Facebook works in the device browser.
- Verify that the Facebook app and browser use the intended account.
- Update Facebook if the authorization handoff is failing.
- Temporarily disable browser restrictions or content blockers that prevent the authorization page from opening.
- Restart the game and the device.
- Try a stable Wi-Fi or mobile-data connection.
- Check for a Facebook or KRAFTON service outage.
These are general troubleshooting measures, not a guarantee that the problem is caused by NEW STATE MOBILE. Avoid repeatedly approving prompts for different Facebook accounts without checking the displayed identity first.

Unlinking is not an instant way to switch between characters. KRAFTON’s documented social-integration policy says that disabling integration may be available 21 days after integration, followed by a seven-day period associated with the request. Logging in through the social account during that period can cancel the request, and the unlink feature may not be usable again until 30 days after integration is disabled.
Those timings come from an older KRAFTON support page and may have changed. Follow the current in-game instructions. KRAFTON also notes restrictions around which account is currently logged in and which integrated platform can be disabled. Read the official unlinking guidance before submitting a request.

Linking is not merging
Connecting Facebook to NEW STATE MOBILE:
- Does not merge a PUBG MOBILE account with a NEW STATE MOBILE account.
- Does not merge two NEW STATE MOBILE characters.
- Does not transfer a character from one Facebook account to another.
- Does not automatically combine Facebook, Google, Apple and Guest progress.
KRAFTON states that information from an account already linked to a social platform cannot simply be transferred to another social platform. Its character and linking guidance explains the limitation.
When to contact support
Contact NEW STATE MOBILE’s in-game support if the correct Facebook account is being used but the original character still will not load, or if the game reports an account-association error. Gather:
- Character name and player ID.
- The Facebook account used for the original link.
- Device model and operating system.
- Approximate date of the last successful access.
- Screenshots of error messages.
- Purchase receipts, if relevant.
Never give your Facebook password or verification codes to an unofficial recovery service, account seller or booster.
