Tracker.gg says signing in makes the profile public. Check which Riot account you are using first if you have more than one.
Make your VALORANT profile public on Tracker.gg
- Go to Tracker.gg’s VALORANT page.
- Choose Riot ID sign-in and authenticate with the Riot account whose profile you want people to find.
- Confirm Tracker.gg is showing the intended account. The site’s homepage notice says, “By signing in you acknowledge that your profile becomes public.”
- To check visibility, search for the profile on Tracker.gg or view it while signed out. This checks visibility on Tracker.gg, not on every third-party tracker.
If Tracker.gg shows the wrong Riot account
Tracker Network’s help article recommends using a private or incognito browser window when the wrong account keeps appearing. First sign in to the intended Riot account at Riot’s account site, then sign in to Tracker.gg in that window. This helps avoid reusing a different Riot login already active in your regular browser.
If the profile still appears private or cannot be found
Tracker Network’s help article, modified July 26, 2023, says Riot IDs with a space at the end are unsupported and that mainland China is not supported by the official Riot API. These are troubleshooting statements from Tracker Network; current Riot API region support has not been independently confirmed here. If the account selection and those listed limitations do not explain the issue, contact Tracker Network support.
How to make the profile private again
Tracker.gg’s homepage currently displays a “Make private” control. Tracker Network support says most users can select it and follow the on-screen instructions. A support reply from April 28, 2022 described choosing “Revoke Access” after clicking “Make Private,” but the interface may have changed; follow the current prompts rather than relying on that older sequence.

Visibility exceptions reported by Tracker Network
A Tracker Network support answer posted June 26, 2026 says Premier matches cannot be hidden and profiles rated Immortal or higher cannot be made private. It attributes the Premier restriction to Riot terms. These exceptions are statements from Tracker Network support; they are not independently confirmed here as Riot policy.
