In Live Mode, click the Sim you want to change and choose MC Command Center > MC Cheats > Cheat Sim Info > Skill Cheats > Max All Skills. This Sim-specific menu path is documented by an independent MCCC guide; menu labels can vary by version, so check the mod’s official help resources if the option is missing.
How to use Max All Skills in MCCC

Load your household and enter Live Mode.

Select the Sim whose skills you want to change, then click that Sim and open MC Command Center.

Choose MC Cheats > Cheat Sim Info > Skill Cheats.

Open the Sim Panel’s Skills tab to check the Sim’s skill levels. EA identifies that tab as the place to view skills and levels: The Sims 4 Skills.

MCCC also lists Set All Skill Levels and a Bypass Skill List setting. The bypass list can exclude selected skills from the bulk action, so check it if a skill you expected to change remains unaffected.
Which Sim does the command affect?
Use the interaction menu on the particular Sim you want to edit. MCCC also has computer-level and broader settings, but the independent guide identifies the Sim’s own MC Command Center interaction as the route for changing that individual Sim.

Why Max All Skills may be missing

Check the MC Cheats module. MC Cheats is the MCCC module that adds cheat menus to Sims and mailboxes. See the creator’s MCCC overview and help resources.

Match MCCC to your game patch. The creator cautions that older game versions may not be compatible with current MCCC releases, and support may not be available for those versions. Check the official downloads page after game updates.

Keep modules aligned. The creator says deployed modules should use the same version as the main
mc_cmd_centermodule; MC Cheats is one of those modules. -
Check exclusions and coverage. Review the Bypass Skill List setting. The available documentation does not establish that Max All Skills changes every hidden, pack-specific, or mod-added statistic.

Current MCCC compatibility
On the creator’s downloads page at the time of this article’s research, the listed public release was MCCC 2026.5.0, tested through the Sims 4 patch released September 22, 2026: PC 1.128.90.1030 and Mac 1.128.90.1230. These details can become outdated when either the game or mod updates, so use the official downloads page to confirm compatibility for your installed patch.

For an individual skill, EA documents the base-game cheat stats.set_skill_level major_programming [skill level] for Programming, a 10-level skill. Enable cheats, then replace [skill level] with the level you want. Other skills require their own skill code; EA’s Programming example is not a universal bulk-skill command.
