The official Bloodborne PlayStation Store listing describes the PS4 game and marks it as Remote Play supported. That is not evidence of a Windows release.

Use Remote Play if you can access a PlayStation
Remote Play sends the image from a PS4 or PS5 to your computer and sends your controls back to the console. The game still runs on the console. Sony documents Remote Play for Windows and Mac, with Windows 10 or 11 and recent macOS versions listed on its PC and Mac setup page.

- A PS4 or PS5 you can access, with Bloodborne available to play on it.
- A PlayStation account and a network connection. Sony lists 5 Mbps as the minimum connection and recommends at least 15 Mbps for best performance.
- A supported controller: DUALSHOCK 4, DualSense, or DualSense Edge. Sony’s PC/Mac instructions require a USB cable to connect the controller to the computer.
- The PS Remote Play app and a console configured for Remote Play, following Sony’s current setup instructions.
Remote Play is best suited to someone who already has access to the game on a console and wants to play from a computer screen. Network conditions affect streaming, so the stated speeds are service guidance, not a promise of a particular image quality or responsiveness.

Check PlayStation Plus PC streaming before subscribing
Sony offers PC streaming for selected games through PlayStation Plus Premium in supported markets. That general service description does not confirm that Bloodborne is streamable where you live: Sony’s catalog guidance warns that some games may not be available for streaming. Check the current Bloodborne listing in your local catalog before choosing this route or paying for a subscription.
Sony’s PC streaming support guidance gives a minimum broadband speed of 5 Mbps and requires a compatible controller. It also says streamed game add-ons and DLC cannot be used. Requirements and catalog eligibility can differ by market; see Sony’s PlayStation Plus PC support page and the US game catalog for the service details covered by those pages.

Try shadPS4 only if you accept experimental compatibility
shadPS4 is an early PS4 emulator for Windows, Linux, and macOS. Its project documentation says Bloodborne can run, but also cautions users not to expect a flawless experience and points to its compatibility resources. Results can change with the emulator build, PC hardware, game version, patches, and configuration; a compatibility claim is not a guarantee for your machine.

That is a dated account of one setup, not a performance benchmark or assurance that another PC will behave the same way. Expect more setup and troubleshooting than with Remote Play, and use current project documentation for compatibility information. Obtain any game files lawfully; this guide does not provide instructions for finding unauthorized copies.

What about alternatives?
The documented straightforward alternative is to play the PS4 version on a compatible PlayStation console. This source set does not establish a list of equivalent games on PC, so it would be misleading to present substitutes as verified replacements. It also does not establish PS5 backward compatibility; verify that separately if you are considering a PS5 rather than a PS4.
