Is there an official PC or Mac version?
There is no standalone Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store, or native macOS version listed by Bandai Namco. The official game site lists the App Store and Google Play as its platforms: Bandai Namco’s official site.

Windows users can nevertheless play through Google Play Games on PC, which is an official Google PC distribution route for the Android listing—not a native desktop game executable. Mac users need a third-party Android emulator.

How to play on Windows with Google Play Games
Minimum requirements
The current Google Play listing specifies:
- Windows 10 version 2004 or later
- An SSD with at least 10 GB of available space
- Intel UHD Graphics 630 or comparable graphics hardware
- Four physical CPU cores
- 8 GB of RAM
- A Windows administrator account
- Hardware virtualization enabled
These are minimum platform requirements, not a promise of perfect frame rate, low latency, or reliable competitive PvP. See Google’s requirements and the game’s current listing before installing.
Installation steps
- Open Google’s Google Play Games on PC download page and select Download.
- Open the installer and follow the setup prompts.
- If requested, enable Windows Hypervisor Platform. You may also need to enable CPU virtualization in your computer’s BIOS or UEFI settings.
- Restart Windows if prompted, then sign in with a personal Google Account.
- Search for DRAGON BALL LEGENDS.
- Open the listing published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. and select Install or the equivalent control.
- Launch the game and allow its in-game data download to finish.
- Restore your existing account using the transfer process below, rather than starting a replacement account.
Google Play Games labels titles as Optimized, Playable, Untested, Unsupported, or Not available. Check the current label in the client because catalog availability can depend on your country, account, computer, and the game’s current compatibility status. Details are in Google’s compatibility guidance.
How to play on a Mac with BlueStacks Air
Google Play Games on PC is a Windows product, so it is not the Mac solution. BlueStacks advertises BlueStacks Air for macOS, including Intel and Apple-silicon Macs, but this remains a third-party emulator rather than a Bandai Namco Mac port.

BlueStacks’ game guide lists macOS 11 Big Sur or newer, at least 4 GB of RAM, 10 GB of free storage, administrator permissions, and support advertised for Apple silicon from M1 through M4. These are vendor-stated requirements, not independent performance testing. Check the current BlueStacks Air page and support documentation for your model.

Installation steps
- Open BlueStacks’ DRAGON BALL LEGENDS guide and choose Play Dragon Ball Legends on Mac.
- Download and open the BlueStacks Air
.pkginstaller. - Follow macOS’s installation prompts, then launch BlueStacks Air from Applications or Launchpad.
- Sign in with a Google Account.
- Open the Google Play Store inside BlueStacks and search for DRAGON BALL LEGENDS.
- Install the official listing published by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.
- Launch the game and complete its data download.
- Use the game’s data-transfer option to restore your existing account.
Apple-silicon support is advertised, but actual behavior can vary with the Mac model, macOS version, graphics backend, BlueStacks build, and the game’s current Android requirements. Use the current installer rather than an old Intel-only package.
Transfer your existing account before playing
Do this on the phone that currently contains your account:
- Open DRAGON BALL LEGENDS.
- Go to Other.
- Open Data Transfer Settings.
- Choose Transfer through a Bandai Namco ID account.
- Sign in to or create a Bandai Namco ID and complete the setup.
- Install the game on your PC or Mac.
- At the appropriate start or account screen, select the data-transfer option and use the same Bandai Namco ID.
Linking a Bandai Namco ID for general account services is not necessarily the same as enabling the game’s Data Transfer Settings. Bandai Namco distinguishes these functions in its transfer instructions and web store guidance.

- Do not begin playing on a new account if you intend to restore the old one.
- Use the same official app edition and game region where applicable.
- Keep purchase receipts and account identifiers in case support is needed.
- A Google Account used to sign in to an emulator is not automatically a configured Bandai Namco ID transfer.
The available official instructions do not establish every possible iOS-to-Android, emulator-to-emulator, or regional transfer scenario. If your case is unusual, verify it with Bandai Namco before deleting the original account installation.

Keyboard, mouse, and controller controls
The game was designed for touchscreens, not traditional keyboard-first play. Google Play Games may provide mouse and keyboard input for compatible titles. BlueStacks provides a Controls Editor or keymapping tool that can assign keyboard keys to on-screen touch locations.
Configure and test mappings for taps, cards, swipes, movement, and special actions. There is no universal key layout: labels and defaults can change between products and versions. A mouse may feel best for taps and cards, while a keyboard can handle repeated actions. Controller behavior depends on the emulator and the game, so do not assume full native controller support.
For PvP, test input consistency and latency in training or casual modes first. A larger display does not automatically make desktop controls more responsive than your phone.

- Install on an SSD and maintain more free space than the stated minimum.
- Close unnecessary applications, overlays, recording tools, and other emulators.
- Keep Windows or macOS, graphics drivers, Google Play Games, and BlueStacks updated.
- Enable hardware virtualization when the chosen platform requires it.
- Use a stable, low-latency connection—preferably wired for serious PvP.
- If the game stutters, reduce emulator resolution or frame-rate settings.
- Do not allocate so much CPU or RAM to an emulator that the operating system runs out of headroom.
Google’s virtualization guidance is available at Google Support. For BlueStacks-specific allocation and graphics options, use BlueStacks Support rather than applying a fixed setting to every Mac or PC.

Troubleshooting
The game does not appear
Check that you are using the correct Google Play Games catalog and official listing. Availability may depend on country, account, computer eligibility, or the current compatibility badge. The game may be marked Unsupported or Not available, or your PC may fail a requirement.
Google Play Games reports a virtualization error
- Enable CPU virtualization in BIOS or UEFI.
- Enable Windows Hypervisor Platform if requested.
- Restart Windows.
- Check for conflicts with another emulator or hypervisor configuration.
- If setup remains corrupted, reinstall Google Play Games after securing your account transfer settings.
Black screen, crash, or frozen download
- Close the game and emulator completely, then restart the computer.
- Update the emulator and graphics drivers.
- Confirm that the official Bandai Namco listing is installed.
- Check storage space and network stability.
- Try another graphics renderer or Android instance if the emulator offers that option.
- Disable overlays and unnecessary background utilities.
- Reinstall only after confirming that your account is protected through Data Transfer Settings.
- Contact Bandai Namco or emulator support with your operating system, computer model, emulator version, and exact error.
The restored account is empty
Stop playing on the new installation and check that you selected data transfer rather than starting a new game, used the correct Bandai Namco ID, completed setup on the original device, and matched the relevant region and app edition. Keep the original mobile installation intact while resolving the issue.
Windows on ARM or an incompatible Mac
The reviewed sources do not provide a definitive Windows-on-ARM compatibility statement. Treat ARM laptops case by case and rely on the installer’s compatibility check. On Mac, Intel and Apple-silicon support is advertised by BlueStacks, but individual results can still vary.

Is playing on PC or Mac worth it?
It can be worthwhile if you want a larger display, desktop multitasking, or mouse-and-keyboard mapping. Windows users should start with Google Play Games because it is the simplest official Google route. Mac users have BlueStacks Air as the advertised option, but must accept third-party emulator variables. Phones remain more portable, and competitive players may prefer their established touch controls if desktop input feels awkward or introduces inconsistent timing.
