If your PUBG MOBILE account was linked to Facebook, Google, Apple, or email, recover access to that login first, then choose the same sign-in method in the game. If you played as a guest and deleted or reinstalled the game, PUBG MOBILE says it cannot restore that guest-account information. For help, use the in-game Customer Service option or email [email protected].
Recover a linked PUBG MOBILE account
The game account is tied to the sign-in method you linked to it. The available choices in PUBG MOBILE’s guide are Facebook, Google, or email on Android, and Facebook, Apple, or email on iOS. Options can differ by platform, region, and current game version.

- On the PUBG MOBILE login screen, identify the provider you originally linked to the account.
- If you cannot access that provider account, use its account-recovery process. For lost Google Play or Facebook login information, PUBG MOBILE directs players to the provider’s customer support or its find-account/password feature. PUBG MOBILE does not reset those external passwords.
- After you regain access to the provider, open PUBG MOBILE and select that same sign-in option. Choosing a different provider may take you to a different game account.
- If the expected game account still does not load, contact PUBG MOBILE support. Describe the linked provider and what happens when you try to sign in. Never send your password or one-time verification codes.
If your Facebook account was hacked
Use Meta’s recovery process at facebook.com/hacked, preferably from a device you previously used to log in. This is for recovering Facebook access; it does not guarantee that PUBG MOBILE will restore an account or undo changes made in the game.

If you cannot log in to contact support
PUBG MOBILE identifies the in-game Customer Service icon in Settings as the best support option. If you cannot access the game, its support information lists [email protected] for inquiries. Include the provider you believe was linked and the sign-in problem, but do not include passwords or one-time codes.

Can you restore a guest account?
PUBG MOBILE says guest-account information cannot be restored if the game has been deleted or reinstalled. The company also says it does not protect play records or payment history for a guest account in that situation. Receipts do not establish that a deleted guest account can be recovered.
If the game is still installed on the original device, avoid deleting the app or its data while you investigate. The published guidance does not promise that support can reconstruct a guest account after deletion or reinstallation.

Link your account before you lose access
While you can still access the game, link it to a supported external account. PUBG MOBILE’s guide describes the path as Settings > Account, then the plus or link control to choose an available platform login. Follow the labels shown in your current version, since menus and supported options may change. Keep the linked account’s recovery email or phone current and secure.
