To report a possible Battlefield 6 map Easter egg, preserve the unedited screenshot, record exactly where and when it appeared, document every interaction in order, and submit the evidence through the relevant EA Forums channel. Treat the finding as a lead until another player can reproduce it or EA provides authoritative confirmation. A screenshot proves what was visible in one moment; it does not, by itself, prove the trigger, repeatability, or developer intent.
EA’s current guidance is general rather than Easter-egg-specific. In its Battlefield 6 – Community Update – New Maps, Features, and More (accessed October 13, 2026), EA says: “Please continue reporting issues through our EA Forums.” The same update describes the Phantom Program as an event involving challenges and Easter eggs across Fort Lyndon. That establishes an Easter-egg context for that event, not the truth of every claim about every Battlefield 6 map.

What EA has confirmed—and what it has not
The strongest current reporting instruction is to use EA Forums. EA’s Battlefield 6 support hub provides help, troubleshooting links and a community area, but the official material available here does not describe a dedicated Easter-egg form, a special screenshot format, a maximum image size or a required set of fields.

Keep those levels of certainty separate in your article or forum post:
- Established: EA directs issue reports to EA Forums, and the Phantom Program has an Easter-egg-solving component on Fort Lyndon.
- Observed: what your game displayed, played or allowed you to interact with.
- Reported by someone else: a community lead that you have not personally reproduced.
- Interpretation: your theory about what the clue means or what larger sequence it belongs to.
- Confirmed: a result that repeats under stated conditions or is supported by an authoritative EA communication.
Do not turn an interpretation into a fact simply because a screenshot looks convincing or because a guide uses the word “confirmed.”
Preserve the original evidence before editing anything
Your first task is preservation, not presentation. Make a duplicate of the original file and leave that copy untouched. The original may retain details that disappear after a crop, re-encode, overlay or messaging-app upload.
- Save the source file. Keep the console, PC or capture software’s original export. If the platform stores a clip or a sequence of screenshots, retain the complete set rather than keeping only the most dramatic frame.
- Record basic provenance. Note who captured it, the approximate date and time, the platform, the map, the mode and the match or event context. If the game displays a version or update number, copy it exactly; do not guess one from memory.
- Make a working copy. Crop or annotate only the duplicate. Name the files so that the untouched image and the explanatory image cannot be confused.
- Keep edits transparent. If you add an arrow, circle or brightness adjustment, say so in the caption and retain the unedited image beside it.
A single edited image can help a reader notice a small clue, but it should never be the only surviving evidence.
Capture two views whenever possible
The most useful screenshot set combines detail with orientation. A close view shows the object, text, symbol or interaction prompt. A wider view shows how another player can reach it.
Close view
- Include the complete clue or object, not just the part that supports your theory.
- Keep the interaction prompt, displayed text, reticle state or other relevant interface element visible when it is part of the observation.
- Avoid zooming so far that surrounding geometry disappears.
- If the clue changes over time, capture the states separately and label their order.
Wide locating view
- Show a landmark, building, road, objective, spawn area or distinctive piece of terrain.
- Include enough surrounding geometry for a player to approach from a known direction.
- Use the in-game map or compass in a separate frame if it helps establish position.
- Do not claim exact coordinates unless the game provides them or you measured them consistently.
When a still image cannot show the essential timing, use a short unedited video if your platform permits it. Explain what the video demonstrates; do not imply that a video automatically proves developer intent.

Write the report as a reproducible sequence
A useful report lets a stranger attempt the same action without relying on your conclusion. Write actions in chronological order and distinguish what you personally did from what another player told you.
- Identify the session. State the map, mode, platform and approximate date. Add the event or playlist name when relevant.
- Give a starting point. Name the nearest objective, landmark, spawn or route. Describe the direction and notable turns rather than saying only “near the middle of the map.”
- Describe the target neutrally. Record its appearance, position and any visible label before explaining what you think it represents.
- List each interaction. Write the button or input, the object selected, the order of actions and any required movement. Include whether another player, vehicle, gadget or squad member was involved.
- State conditions. Note timing, round phase, score state, weather or lighting if those could affect visibility. If you do not know whether a condition matters, mark it as unknown instead of presenting it as required.
- Describe the result literally. Quote displayed text when possible, and describe sounds, animation, damage, item changes or map effects without assigning a meaning they have not established.
- Separate repetitions from the first sighting. Say how many attempts you made, which steps you repeated, and whether the result appeared every time, intermittently or only once.
- Identify outside information. If a step came from a Reddit post, Steam guide, video or another player, label it as a lead and provide the original wording or link only if you can verify it.
For example, “Interacting with the panel displayed this text once during a Fort Lyndon round” is an observation. “The panel unlocks a hidden dinosaur mission” is an interpretation that requires additional evidence.
Submit through EA Forums without overstating certainty
Use the current Battlefield 6 area of EA Forums identified by EA’s community guidance. The exact category, current attachment rules and whether a dedicated Easter-egg section exists are not established in the official material reviewed here, so check the live forum interface before posting.
Follow the channel’s current conduct and file rules. If an image is rejected, do not repeatedly upload altered copies while losing track of the original. Instead, explain the evidence in text, attach the smallest clear derivative allowed by the forum and state that an untouched original is retained. Never remove context merely to meet an unverified size assumption.
Use a title that describes the observation rather than announcing a discovery as fact. “Possible Fort Lyndon panel interaction near [landmark]” is more useful than “CONFIRMED SECRET EASTER EGG.” If the forum has a bug-report convention, adapt your wording to it while preserving the observation-versus-interpretation distinction.

- Companion wide view: [how it establishes location]
- Video or additional frames: [if available]
Uncertainty and alternatives:
[Could this be a normal prop, lighting artifact, bug or event effect?]
Request:
Can another player reproduce this sequence and report the conditions?
Do not fill an unknown field with a confident guess. “Unknown” is more valuable than a false version number or an invented coordinate.
How to verify a candidate Easter egg
Verification is a process, not a reaction to the first convincing image. Ask another player to attempt the sequence independently, preferably from your neutral description rather than from a highlighted screenshot that gives away the answer.
First pass: independent reproduction
- Provide the map, mode, starting landmark and ordered actions.
- Ask the tester to capture both the clue and its location.
- Have the tester report conditions that were present, absent or unknown.
- Compare the literal result, not whether the tester agrees with your theory.
Second pass: vary one condition at a time
If the interaction works once, change only one factor per attempt: round phase, player count, order of actions, platform, event state or time spent at the location. Changing everything at once prevents you from identifying the trigger. Record failed attempts as carefully as successful ones.

Check whether the effect is a routine map prop, a lighting or weather artifact, a scripted event, a temporary bug, a UI error or a location-specific animation. A repeatable effect can still be a bug; repeatability establishes behavior, not intent.
Fourth pass: seek authoritative confirmation
An EA statement, official patch note or developer communication can establish intent more directly than a community compilation. Until such confirmation exists, describe the result as a reproducible community finding or possible Easter egg, not as an official secret.
Use an evidence-quality framework
There is no EA-published scoring rubric for Easter-egg reports. You can still evaluate a post consistently using four questions:

| Question | Strong evidence | Weak evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Context | Map, mode, platform, date, event or update context and a locating landmark are stated. | The post says only “I found this on the map.” |
| Provenance | The original capture is retained, edits are disclosed and the relationship between close and wide views is clear. | Only a cropped, reposted or heavily annotated image remains. |
| Repeatability | The ordered sequence works for the discoverer and at least one independent tester under stated conditions. | A one-off frame has no attempted reproduction. |
| Interpretation | Observation, theory and outside claims are labeled separately. | A guide title or caption is treated as proof of the theory. |
This framework compares the completeness of reports; it is not an official EA rating and does not turn a high-quality report into proof of developer intent.
Distinguish an Easter egg from other explanations
Ordinary prop or environmental detail
Maps contain decorative objects, signs and references that may not have a hidden trigger. Photograph the object in context and test whether it changes when approached, damaged, activated or visited in a particular order.
Lighting, weather or rendering artifact
Capture a wider view and, if possible, a second frame from another angle. Note the match conditions. A shape that disappears when the camera moves may be a visual artifact rather than a designed clue.
Temporary bug
Record the exact behavior and failure conditions. A reproducible bug is worth reporting, but calling it an Easter egg can mislead players and obscure the technical issue.
Scripted event behavior
Events can change map objects or displays. State the event, playlist and round phase so readers do not assume the behavior is available in every mode.
Community embellishment
A screenshot may be genuine while the accompanying explanation is not. Preserve the image as evidence of the visible frame, then verify each claimed trigger independently.
Best Value
- Compatible with Wide Screens - To ensure compatibility with the dual monitor mount, your each monitor must meet three conditions at the same time: First, computer screens size range: 13 to 32 inches. Second, screen weight range: 4.4 to 19.8 lbs. Third, the back of the monitor screen must have VESA mounting holes with a pitch of 75x75mm or 100x100mm.
- Regarding the compatibility with desks - Your desk must meet three conditions at the same time: First, desk material: Only wooden desks are recommended, plastic or glass desks cannot be used. Second, desk thickness range: 0.59" - 3.54". Third, the bottom of the desk should not have any cross beams or panels, as this will interfere with installation. We recommend carefully checking that your desk and monitors meets all above conditions before purchasing.
- Dual C-Clamp Hold - Worried your dual monitors might wobble or slip? Our upgraded base uses a larger platform plus a dual C-clamp structure to lock the dual monitor arm firmly to your desk. Each arm safely keeps your screens steady while you type, click and game—no shaking, no sliding, just a clean and secure setup you can trust every day. It also provides Grommet Mounting installation choice, both options ensure stable and secure fixation for your 0.59" - 3.54" desk.
- Full-Motion Adjustment For Comfortable View - Pull the screen closer when you’re deep in a spreadsheet, push it back to watch videos, or rotate to portrait for coding — moving everything smoothly with just one hand. The monitor stand offers +85°/-50° tilt, ±90° swivel and 360° rotation. Raise your monitor up to 15.75″ to support a healthy sitting posture. Whether you’re working from home, gaming through the night, or switching between video calls and documents, getting the screens to your natural line of sight helps relieve neck, shoulder and back strain so you can stay focused longer with less fatigue.
- Keep Your Desk Organized: By lifting both screens off the desktop, this dual monitor stand opens up valuable space for your keyboard, notebook, docking station or a simple, clutter-free work area. Built-in cable management guides wires along the arms, keeping cords out of sight and out of the way. Enjoy a tidy, modern workstation that looks as good as it feels to use.
How to handle community leads responsibly
Community discussion is useful for locating candidates, but it is not independent confirmation. A Reddit post using the phrase “Where are the Easter eggs?” expresses reader interest; it does not establish that a specific egg exists. An EA Forums search result titled “Battlefield 6 Easter Egg” is likewise a wording signal, not evidence of what the inaccessible thread contains. The thread returned a rate-limit error when checked, so do not attribute discoveries or instructions to it.
A Steam Community guide titled “ALL EASTER EGGS BATTLEFIELD 6” is a community-authored lead. Its title does not verify every entry. In particular, a surfaced claim about dinosaur references on Fort Lyndon lacks enough verified detail here to establish a particular clue or trigger. If you cite a community lead in your own post, identify it as such and test the steps yourself.
When nobody can reproduce the result
Failure to reproduce does not prove that the original image was fabricated. It may indicate an unrecorded condition, a limited-time event state, a platform difference, a timing window, a server-side change or a transient bug. Update the report with the failed attempts instead of deleting inconvenient results.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
- Ask whether the tester used the same map variant, mode and event state.
- Compare game versions or update context where available.
- Check whether the original image was mirrored, cropped or taken from a video at a misleading angle.
- Repeat the route from the same landmark and document every failed interaction.
- Downgrade the wording from “reproducible” to “single observation” until the condition is known.
If the behavior looks like a normal malfunction, report it as an issue through EA Forums even if the Easter-egg theory is discarded.
Update the post as evidence changes
Use an edit log or dated follow-up comments when new tests alter the conclusion. Preserve the original claim and explain what changed: a second player reproduced the display, the result required a particular event state, or repeated attempts failed after an update.
Do not replace an unconfirmed title with “confirmed” merely because several people repeat the same wording. Confirmation should refer to a defined result: a repeatable sequence under stated conditions or an authoritative EA confirmation. If later evidence contradicts your theory, keep the screenshots and correct the interpretation plainly.
What a complete screenshot report lets readers do
A complete report answers four practical questions: What exactly appeared? Where can another player find it? Which actions and conditions produced it? How certain is the explanation? The close image answers the first question, the wide image and route answer the second, the sequence and context answer the third, and explicit uncertainty answers the fourth.

It protects the original evidence, gives the community a fair reproduction attempt and prevents ordinary props, visual glitches or copied rumors from becoming established “facts.” For Battlefield 6 players, the responsible path is therefore clear: document first, label the claim as unconfirmed, test it independently and use EA Forums for the report, while reserving the word “confirmed” for repeatable or authoritative evidence.
