Riot’s current support documentation does not provide a way to skip the League of Legends tutorial. It explains how to open the tutorial and how to troubleshoot patching problems or crashes, but it does not document a skip button or bypass.
Can you skip the League of Legends tutorial?
There is no skip procedure in Riot’s current tutorial support instructions. Those instructions show where to find the tutorial and address problems that prevent it from working; they do not confirm that a skip option is available.

Riot said in a May 2018 developer article that it wanted an option for experienced players to skip the tutorial. That statement describes a past goal, not the current client’s features. The current availability of any conditional skip for particular accounts, regions, or tutorial states is not established.

To open it in the client, choose Play in the upper-left corner, select Training, then choose Tutorial. This is the documented route into the tutorial, not a way to bypass it.

Fix a tutorial screen that is stuck or crashing
If the patching button is grayed out
Riot says a grayed-out patching button can indicate that the client is stuck during an update. Follow its recommended recovery steps:
- Open Task Manager and end the League of Legends and Riot Client tasks.
- Relaunch the game and allow the update to finish.
If the tutorial crashes
Riot recommends updating your graphics drivers, or rolling back a driver update if the crash began after installing it. If the problem continues, submit a Riot support request and include logs collected with the Riot Repair Tool. See Riot’s tutorial troubleshooting guidance.

Game-mode unlocks are not a tutorial bypass
Riot lists these level requirements for modes separately from tutorial access. Unlocking a mode does not mean the tutorial has been skipped.
