To unlock Time to Crate in Mission 10, Stranded, open all 26 Yellow Supply Crates. The final crate must make the on-screen counter read SUPPLY CACHE 26/26; the achievement unlocks immediately after that opening.
The reliable method is to use the Base Camp wall map, enter the eight keypad and bunker codes below, clear guarded outposts, and deliberately collect the two moving caches: one on the looping train and one in a convoy truck.

What the Stranded puzzle requires
Stranded is Mission 10 of Modern Warfare 4. The collectible objective is not a single riddle with one final answer. It is a 26-cache sweep across the mission area. Current guides published on October 17–18, 2026 identify 24 fixed Yellow Supply Crates, one crate on the looping train, and one crate in a patrolling convoy truck.
An older guide listed 25 crates, but the later count matches the in-game tracking display and accounts for both mobile caches. Treat the counter as the final authority: when it reaches 26/26, the objective is complete regardless of which order you used.

Set up your run before opening crates
Use the Base Camp map first
Begin at Base Camp and open the shipping container beside the radio tower. Its keypad code is 0024. Inside, a wall map marks locked containers and bunkers, giving you a visual index of the puzzle locations.
Do not worry about opening the caches in a prescribed sequence. The “Yellow Supply Caches Opened” counter persists throughout the mission, so you can move between areas, return later, or use mission replay for cleanup. Check the counter after every area rather than relying on memory.

Several crates are inaccessible until the enemy outpost guarding them has been cleared. Stranded contains 11 enemy outposts. Clearing them early has two advantages: it removes the immediate threat around nearby containers and makes Tac Map travel more useful after you have captured an area.
A practical rhythm is to clear an outpost, search every newly reachable container around it, and then check the counter before moving on. If a crate remains locked, the map or local objective normally indicates that another access step is required.
Keep the moving caches separate in your plan
The train and convoy crates are easy to miss because they are not waiting at a permanent container marker. Reserve time for both after you understand the fixed locations, or deliberately handle them during your first pass so they cannot be forgotten during cleanup.

All eight keypad and bunker codes
Enter all four digits exactly, including leading zeroes. The clue explanations are useful if you want to solve the sequences yourself, but entering the known code is faster when your priority is the achievement.

Why leading zeroes matter
A keypad code is a four-digit input, not an ordinary number. For example, 0024, 0078, 0008, and 0330 must be entered with their zeroes intact. Entering 24 or 78 without the leading digits will not reproduce the intended code.
A reliable route through the 26 caches
1. Establish the tracker at Base Camp
- Spawn or return to Base Camp.
- Open the shipping container next to the radio tower with 0024.
- Study the wall map and note the locked containers and bunker markers.
- Confirm that the Yellow Supply Caches Opened counter is visible before leaving.
This gives you a reference point and prevents the common mistake of roaming the map without knowing which locked structures still matter.
2. Work through fixed locations by cleared area
Move from one outpost to the next rather than crossing the entire map repeatedly. After each outpost is secure, search its surrounding buildings, containers, paths, and bunker entrances. Some caches require a climb, sewer navigation, tripwire clearance, or the destruction of an obstruction before you can reach them.
At Infantry Checkpoint 6, specifically destroy the wooden crates blocking the container. If the structure appears empty or inaccessible, check for an obstacle before assuming the cache is absent.

3. Use the eight codes as a deliberate checklist
Visit the cliff north of Base Camp, the Jamming Station container, Big Sign, the small river island, the southeast village at Infantry Checkpoint 4, the riverbed bunker below the bridge, and the farm-field bunker. Enter each code from the table and immediately verify that the counter increased after opening the associated crate or cache.

The counter is more dependable than a handwritten route because it confirms that the game registered the opening. If the number does not change, inspect the container again and make sure you opened the Yellow Supply Crate itself rather than only interacting with the keypad or nearby equipment.
4. Collect the train cache
Go to the tracks and wait for the looping train. Board the front of the moving train, then search it for the Yellow Supply Crate. Approaching from the wrong end or trying to board after the train has passed can make this cache look unavailable, so wait for another loop instead of abandoning the location.
The train cache is one of the two mobile collectibles counted in the 26-cache total. It is not represented by a permanently open container in the same way as the fixed locations.

5. Collect the convoy cache
Near Infantry Checkpoint 3, identify the patrolling truck and clear its escort. Loot the cache in the rear of the patrol truck. Because the vehicle moves, search the truck after the patrol is safe rather than checking only the checkpoint buildings.
If the truck leaves before you can open it, continue watching the patrol route and wait for it to return. The cache is associated with the vehicle, not a static crate at the checkpoint.
6. Use Tac Map travel for the final sweep
Once nearby outposts are cleared, use Tac Map fast travel to revisit any marked location that did not register. Travel in short loops: one area, one counter check, then the next marker. This is safer than assuming that a locked icon means a missed collectible; some containers are gated by an outpost, traversal route, or environmental obstruction.

Choosing a route that fits your play style
There is no required collection order, but the following approaches address the four practical decisions that affect a clean run.

The caches most often missed
The train
Unlike a normal container, the train cache requires timing. Wait beside the tracks, let the train approach, and board at the front. If you miss the jump, stay near the tracks for the next loop. Do not mark the train complete merely because you inspected the rail line; the counter must increase after opening the crate.
The convoy truck
The truck near Infantry Checkpoint 3 is another mobile target. Clear the patrol, approach the rear of the truck, and open the cache in its cargo area. If the vehicle is not present, observe the route until it returns.
The blocked Infantry Checkpoint 6 container
At Infantry Checkpoint 6, wooden crates hide the container entrance. Destroy them before interacting with the container. This is a physical obstruction, not a keypad-code problem.
Traversal and access gates
Other caches can depend on sewer navigation, climbing, tripwire clearance, or an outpost being cleared. When a marker is visible but the crate cannot be reached, inspect the immediate route for one of these access requirements instead of entering random codes.

How to confirm Time to Crate unlocked
- Open the last remaining Yellow Supply Crate.
- Watch the HUD for SUPPLY CACHE 26/26.
- Wait for the achievement or trophy notification, which should appear immediately after the final opening.
The trophy description is: “Open every Yellow Supply Crate in ‘Stranded’.” Difficulty does not prevent the unlock, so you do not need to restart on a particular setting.

If you reached 25/26, the achievement will not trigger. Recheck the two moving caches first, then revisit any coded location or area that required an outpost, climb, sewer route, tripwire, or destroyed obstruction.
Cleanup when one cache is missing
Use mission replay or mission selection to return to Stranded. The mission keeps enough separate progress for a later cleanup run, so you do not necessarily need to repeat the entire campaign. Start by checking the persistent counter, then target locations associated with the type of cache you may have skipped.
- 25/26 with all fixed markers checked: inspect the train and convoy truck.
- A locked container near a hostile area: clear the associated outpost and return.
- A container blocked by scenery: look for wooden crates or another physical obstruction.
- A bunker or elevated marker: check for a sewer entrance, climb, bridge approach, or tripwire route.
- A keypad that appears solved but gives no progress: re-enter all four digits, including leading zeroes, and open the Yellow Supply Crate after the lock releases.
Keep the counter visible during cleanup. It tells you whether the game registered the opening and prevents repeating already completed locations.

No. Notes are a separate collectible objective. Stranded contains 58 notes, while 50 are required for the Noteworthy objective. You can pursue both in one run, but collecting notes does not substitute for Yellow Supply Crates, and opening every crate does not satisfy the note requirement.
If you are combining objectives, clear each outpost once, collect nearby crates, and sweep notes while the area is safe. Still use the cache counter independently, because the two totals track different items.
