To place a structure in Minecraft Bedrock, first save a region with /structure save, then place that saved structure with /structure load. Cheats must be enabled. For example, save a build as house1, then load it at your current position with /structure load house1 ~ ~ ~.
Save the structure you want to place
A structure must be saved before you can load it. The save command defines the region using coordinates for two opposing corners:

/structure save <name> <from x y z> <to x y z>
- Identify the coordinates of two opposite corners that enclose the build. These are the
fromandtopositions. - Run the save command with a name and both coordinate triplets. Microsoft’s tutorial uses
/structure save house1 -371 120 877 -371 131 881; substitute coordinates that enclose your own build.
For example, the saved structure is named house1. Names can also use a namespace; structures made with /structure or structure blocks default to the mystructure namespace, as described in the Bedrock structure command reference.

Use /structure load followed by the saved name and the destination coordinates:

/structure load <name> <destination x y z>
To place house1 at your current position, enter /structure load house1 ~ ~ ~. The tildes represent relative coordinates in Microsoft’s structure-block and command tutorial. You can instead give explicit destination coordinates.
Rotate or customize the placement
The load command accepts optional arguments for rotation, mirroring, animation, entity and block inclusion, waterlogging, and integrity. Its documented syntax is:

Supported rotation values are 0_degrees, 90_degrees, 180_degrees, and 270_degrees. For instance, add 90_degrees after the destination coordinates to rotate the structure a quarter turn:

Load with an animation
The documented animation modes are block_by_block and layer_by_layer. Microsoft’s tutorial demonstrates a ten-second block-by-block load with /structure load statue ~ ~ ~ 0_degrees none block_by_block 10.
Set integrity
Integrity controls the likelihood that a block is loaded: the reference defines 100 as loading all blocks and 0 as loading none. The default is 100. Optional arguments are positional, so use the syntax for your installed Bedrock version and check command autocomplete before entering a long command; a misplaced value can be interpreted as a different setting.

Use a structure block instead
A structure block offers a point-and-click way to select, save, and load a region through its interface. Once a structure has a name, you can also place it with /structure load without reopening the interface. Use the interface when you want to work visually with the selected region; use commands when you know the structure name and destination or want repeatable placement. A command block can run a load command as part of a map or gameplay sequence, as shown in Microsoft’s tutorial.
Delete a saved structure
To remove a saved structure by name, use /structure delete <name>. The command reference documents this alongside the save and load commands.
