You can teleport to your last death location in Minecraft only after you know its coordinates. In Java Edition, a secondary guide reports that /data get entity @s LastDeathLocation can show them. In Bedrock Edition, the researched guide reports no vanilla command for retrieving an old death position; use a Recovery Compass or coordinates you recorded earlier. Then, if commands are enabled, teleport with /tp @s X Y Z.

If commands are unavailable in your single-player world, enable Allow Commands when creating the world. Minecraft’s commands guide documents this setting.

Note the dimension as well as the coordinates. If the death occurred in another dimension, travel to that dimension before using the coordinate teleport; the cited guide does not give a universal cross-dimension teleport command.

Replace
X Y Zwith the returned coordinates and run/tp @s X Y Z. The official teleport command reference documents coordinate teleporting and treats/tpas an alias of/teleport.
Bedrock Edition: find the location before teleporting
A secondary guide reports that Bedrock has no vanilla command to print a previous death location. If you have not already recorded the coordinates, use a Recovery Compass to navigate toward the last death point. Once you know the coordinates, teleport with /tp @s X Y Z if commands are enabled. What the Recovery Compass can and cannot do
The Recovery Compass points toward the location where you last died; it does not teleport you. It will not point to a death location if you have not died, or if you are in a different dimension from that death. Minecraft says the item was added in the Wild Update in June 2022.

Finding the death point does not guarantee that dropped items are still there. Minecraft notes that most objects burn in lava, so items may already have been destroyed by the time you arrive.

In the official Bedrock command reference, a coordinate teleport example is /teleport @s 100 64 200; replace those sample coordinates with your own. The reference also documents an optional checkForBlocks argument: set it to true to prevent teleporting if the destination is occupied. Its documented default is false. Check the syntax for your edition and version before adding optional arguments.
