Complete the main story and at least seven Most Wanted missions, then select Knightfall Protocol from the mission select screen. To finish the epilogue, go to the roof of GCPD HQ and interact with the Bat-Signal. Seven missions unlock a shorter ending; complete all fourteen Most Wanted missions before activating the protocol for the fuller ending described in the walkthrough.
How to activate Knightfall Protocol
- Finish the main story.
- Complete at least seven Most Wanted missions. This makes Knightfall Protocol selectable from the mission select screen, according to the Gamer Guides walkthrough.
- Select Knightfall Protocol from the mission select screen to begin the epilogue.
- Go to the top of GCPD HQ and interact with the Bat-Signal. This triggers the cutscene and credits.
Seven missions or all fourteen?
The seven-mission threshold lets you activate the protocol, but it produces what the walkthrough calls a truncated ending. To see the fuller ending, complete all fourteen Most Wanted missions before interacting with the Bat-Signal.

Do Season of Infamy missions count?
Warner Bros. Games support lists the four Season of Infamy missions—Wonderland, Shadow War, Beneath the Surface, and In From The Cold—under Most Wanted, and says they unlock as you progress through the main story. The support page does not establish whether these expansion missions count toward the fourteen-mission threshold for the fuller base-game ending, so do not assume that they are required or that they replace any of the fourteen missions.
