Upload a creation to Canvas
The upload path depends on what you made. KRAFTON’s upload instructions cover both Create a Zoi and Build Mode.

Upload a character, face, or outfit
- Open Create a Zoi.
- Choose a Zoi Preset, Face, or Outfit.
- Select Upload to Canvas in the top-right.
- Enter a description and upload the creation.
Upload a property, room, or furniture preset
- Open Build Mode and choose Upload to Canvas.
- Select the item you want to share.
- If it is a property, room, or furniture preset, save the preset before uploading.
- Enter a description and upload it.
Download another player’s creation
Open the creation’s detail page and select Download when browsing Canvas in-game. From an external browser, choose Schedule Download on the detail page, then launch inZOI; the scheduled creation downloads automatically after the game starts, according to KRAFTON’s download instructions.
A secondary guide says character presets appear in character creation, while properties, rooms, and furniture are accessed in Build Mode. The official download instructions do not specify exact destination menus, so check the relevant in-game creation or Build Mode menus if you do not immediately see an item.

Fix common Canvas problems
“Items Not Applied” warning
This warning can appear when a creation requires content your game does not have or an item you have not unlocked. KRAFTON names mods, 3D objects, DLC, event items, and locked items as possible dependencies in its Items Not Applied support article. Check the creation’s listed requirements and determine which content is unavailable; the warning can have different causes.
“Invalid request” while uploading
KRAFTON says excessive upload attempts in a short period may trigger a temporary restriction. In the documented case, the restriction lifts automatically after 24 hours, after which uploading can resume. This guidance applies to the repeated-attempt restriction described in the Invalid request support article; it does not establish the cause of every upload failure.
How Canvas creator ranks work
KRAFTON lists four creator ranks: Rookie, Silver, Gold, and Diamond, with Diamond the highest. The company says ranks depend on creator activity and that downloads and likes help raise a rank. These are engagement-related ranks, not a stated payment or commission system, as described in KRAFTON’s Creator Ranks information.
