World Slash is the community name players often use for World Cutting Slash, a move in Vessel’s Awakening. The documented input sequence is: start Dismantle, activate Rush during its windup, then use Open followed by Cleave as the chant phases appear. Dismantle and Cleave must be off cooldown. The exact timing can change with updates, so follow the live prompts in-game.
World Slash input sequence
- Select Vessel and activate Awakening. The Roblox experience listing gives G as the baseline PC awakening control; check your HUD and settings if you use another device or changed your bindings.
- Start Dismantle.
- During Dismantle’s windup, activate Rush to begin the chant.
- When the next chant phase appears, activate Open. At the following phase, activate Cleave to release World Cutting Slash.
- For a wider aiming angle, start the chant while airborne. The Vessel move entry says an airborne start gives 360-degree aim.
The sequence is documented by the community-maintained Vessel move entry. It does not provide a verified frame count or device-specific timing chart, so use the on-screen move prompts rather than relying on timing from old clips.
Cooldown requirements and cost
Dismantle and Cleave must be off cooldown to start the move. Using the sequence puts Open on its full cooldown and doubles Dismantle’s cooldown; the abilities used also go on cooldown. Exact cooldown behavior may change with game updates.
When to attempt it
World Cutting Slash has a lengthy startup. Although the community move entry describes the slash as unblockable and uninterruptible, it also warns that an opponent who is ready can dodge it or cancel its startup. Look for an opening when the opponent is committed, controlled, or otherwise unable to react.

Controls and conflicting guides
The official Roblox experience listing gives these baseline PC controls:
- 1–4: skills
- Q: dash
- F: block
- R: special
- W+W: sprint
- G: awaken
Controls can differ by device or personal settings; use your current HUD and prompts if a key does not match. Some independent guides add a full-awakening-bar requirement or a simultaneous Dismantle-and-Rush input. The current Vessel move entry does not list those as separate requirements: it says to use Rush during Dismantle’s windup and identifies Dismantle and Cleave as the cooldown prerequisites. Do not rely on an exact frame window that the move entry does not document.
